Amazing! Kirkwood Eye Associates (KEA) is the best! I have been with Dr. Miles forever, but this was my first time seeing her at KEA and I couldn’t have been happier. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Miles is on an another level as an eye doctor. She is knowledgeable, takes time to listen and address all concerns, and is overall an amazing and compassionate person. If it weren’t for her, I would still be bouncing from doctor to doctor not knowing my diagnosis. She showed be scans of my eye and explained what is going on. She honestly changed my life and I will be forever grateful! She is the only doctor I look forward to going to see every year!

I have been seeing Dr. Biondo for a couple of years now and he has helped improved my vision by almost ten folds. He is a truly an expert in keratoconus and scleral lens for this disorder. We are lucky to have him serving us in St. Louis.

Don't be afraid to ask him questions that you don't understand! He will take the time to explain it to you.

Their eye glasses are on the more expensive side because of the premium name brands. Don't feel pressure that you have to buy the eye glasses from them, they will gladly write a script for you to take with you after your eye exam.

Since they are a small shop, they don't have online appointments and your data can't be easily accessible on the go from a patient portal when comparing to other big medical services.

Incredible experience with this group, and I hate going to the eye doctor. They are prompt, professional, and a great help if you have an unexpected eye issue!

In January I had to switch eye doctors, this group was close to home, had convenient hours, was covered by insurance, and inviting over the phone. The in person experience was wonderful from the front desk to testing to the doctors. So great, that's a solid reco for your annual eye exam. But recently I had an unexpected eye emergency, not only did they happily work me in, when another medical event arose that day they rescheduled me again and still got me seen and treated the same day. They were not just polite and knowledgeable, they were kind, understanding, and gracious. And that is why I am now an entrenched customer and felt compelled to take my time with this review and encourage you to make your next eye appointment with this team!

Dr.Biondo and Dr.Miles as well as Jenny are great at what they do both Doctors listen to what you behave today it has been a struggle for me because of the eye condition I have Keratoconus but Dr.Biondo is amazing at what he does the office is friendly and professional I would recommend if u this eye condition that you please book you an appoinment ibwent from nit being able to see to see soon much better then I have in years and I'm thankful for thus office Tristye

A Belated Review:

Three years ago, in 2021, I was an international student at WashU. I requested Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) lenses at this ophthalmology clinic—before that, I had been wearing them for many years but had purchased them in the Netherlands or Taiwan. During the appointment, application process, and all the administrative steps, I was treated with patience and efficiency, despite my English not being perfect and using student insurance that many locals are not familiar with. The doctor was also very professional, conducted thorough examinations, and was very patient. They arranged several trials and ordered multiple sets to achieve the most perfect parameters. The price was also very reasonable compared to what I had paid for Ortho-K lenses previously.

After leaving St. Louis and moving to California, one of my lenses was damaged after some time of use. The clinic was willing to replace it for free, which was beyond my expectations as it was still under warranty. The email responses and communication were also prompt. I had also previously lost a single lens down a drain, and the replacement for just that one lens was handled efficiently. I only needed to pay for the material cost, and the communication throughout the process was very smooth and seamless.

Kirkwood Eye Associates sends me birthday wishes every year, which warms my heart and makes me nostalgic for my days in St. Louis and the patient care I received at your clinic. Thank you for everything.
