My experience with Krogers' pharmacy staff has been great ?. It doesn't matter if it's through the drive-thru, the counter inside the store, or a call to the pharmacy.
I do know that they have a lot of customers and a VERY SMALL PHARMACY in which to work. I think the pharmacist and the staff are wonderful ?!

Automated system says it will be ready for pickup. After driving from another county I’m told they are out of stock. Possibly tomorrow. Probably the next.

They refused to fill my prescription from my ADHD specialist in Atlanta because he wasn't "Local". They refuse to follow federal guidelines and refill prescriptions on the 28th day, leading to a lot of inconvenience for me, with absolutely no wiggle room on any medication.
Terrible policies made by bible-thumpers who just want to cover their own butts because they filled too many opiate prescriptions from sham clinics. They are punishing everyone for the actions of a few.

The drive thu girl (kayla) was very rude when we caught her in a lie not knowing about how insurance works. Then went inside and got the red head girl who was extremely rude to my elder grandmother. Very passive aggressive repeated herself when my grandmother couldn't hear her and then threw her medication on the counter. The main pharmacist took care of everything when the two workers couldn't manage to do their job. This pharmacy is going down hill especially when you hire uneducated people and unprofessional at that.

Placed a refill through the app that was scheduled to be ready at 3:30. At 4pm the clerk knew nothing about it. All he could say was, "We don't have anything for you. Corporate said it would be ready. We don't know anything about it." Checked the app. Prescription is on hold waiting restock in THREE days. Why couldn't the clerk know this?

I absolutely love the staff there at Krogers. There are a young lady that worked the window (in June) that was not pleasant at all, she was very rude about my medication and rude to me because I didn’t understand about why I could not get the medication on that day. That was the first time in months that I had a rude employee up there. However, there are two young men(and another one but I cannot remember his name) by the name of Elijah and Matthew that always go out of there way to help the customers. They are very informative as well. And the pharmacists have always gone out of their way to explain things to me or helping. I am very thankful for all of them up there. Most of the time I use the drive thru so I don’t experience the ones in the front as often. I do know that when I call up there they have definitely started answering the phones now and the ones answering the phones are very kind and courteous.

The workers are very helpful when asked for help. They always have my prescription ready when I call ahead of time; they have gotten much better about answering the phone in a timely manner. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about their field of work.

Pharmacy dept is the most rude employees, the Pharmacist MD will tell you if you don’t like there rules then move your RX. All of the employees will hold there heads down and try to act like they can not see you!? Rude People⁉️⁉️ They don’t say thank you for your business. Most all the employees look very unhappy with there jobs especially the Pharmacist MD. In charge?Always changing the rules of filling certain drugs. I hope after I move my RX I will never have to deal with Kroger again. I will not shop for grocery either. Waycross
