The staff at Lacey’s Pharmacy, especially the techs, are always friendly, professional, and kind. I’ve noticed that some of the lower reviews seem to come from people who may not have been patient or were having a bad day. While pharmacies are oftentimes frustrating, to me Lacey’s is different because they genuinely care about their customers.
Being a smaller pharmacy with a lot of traffic, there can occasionally be a wait. But that’s no different from larger chain pharmacies, and Lacey’s more than makes up for it with their personal touch. If you’re willing to be patient and want staff who truly are good to their customers (shout out to the techs!), Lacey’s is the place to go.

The hospital automatically sent my infant son's rx here to be compounded. It was such a hassle to have it refilled each time. I called recently in a rush to fill it because it was set to expire and the older lady who answered was not kind to me. As a parent of a child with a severe disability and life-threatening heart defect, a little bit of grace would have been nice. I admitted the refill had slipped my mind, but in all honesty, it should have been automated for refills anyways. They do not send a text when it's ready and they require a card on file. Other pharmacies don't do this. They also gave me barely enough to get me through. I was scraping the bottle to get every last drop before it was even due for a refill, which was very stressful. They seem overwhelmed and unable to keep up with their clients.

Called to ask if a medication was available and they told me they do have it. They called my regular pharmacy and asked them for my phone number but didn't ask about transferring my prescription to Lacey's. When I called Lacey's to check on the prescription I was told they are "no longer taking new patients "

Filled creams incorrectly. The container was only filled to a quarter but charged for a full container. Go to CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy, you'll get a full Topi-Click container for what this place charges on a quarter filled container. This place will rip you off. Never again.

Been a long time customer for a compound medication. Lacey's is closer to my residence but I'd rather go the long way home then to be continuously spoken to with such disregard as a patient. There is a person that works the counter that is either in a terrible mood or just plain an unhappy person. I'll be transferring to Pooles Pharmacy.

If you are black you aren’t welcomed. The attitude and racial undertones are ridiculous. They talk to you like you are dumb and stupid. I’m not a child. I told you I would be back Monday morning and you said that should be fine. Now you say you said that the medicine will be here today and you will call me when it’s ready. I’m getting one prescription and I won’t be back and telling my doctor not to send anymore patients here again.

This place taught me that all pharmacies are not the same. Not even close. There is a much deeper level of service and personality with this business. For example, they are prompt to answer the phone and answer any questions without making you feel rushed or like a nuisance. They are thorough and feel like REAL humans who actually listen and care. Super importantly - they can find online coupons for drugs and apply the discounts correctly. I had to stop using my company's mail in pharmacy service because they can't figure this out no matter what and would charge $300 for something Lacey would charge $50. I read one negative review here about how they were never in Lacey's system and couldn't get an order filled but there's two locations and I'm willing to bet the meds were called in to the other location. By the way I've been to that location several times too and it's equally fabulous.
