Had an issue 4 days post surgery. Got there early as they opened up on a Sunday morning along with several other folks. Quite impressed. Registration and clinical interactions went very smooth. Facilities spacious and clean. Nurses and Doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and prescribe me needed antibiotics.

Lake Joy Med Stop is WONDERFUL! From the first person I spoke to at the front desk i was treated with urgency, professionalism and compassionately. Dr William Garrett is AMAZING! He came and laid eyes on me from the front desk! He communicated so compassionately through everything i needed. The x-ray tech i saw was patient and soft with me… helping me every way she could! The RN that had to give me multiple shots and breathing treatment. They were all such a DREAM TEAM! I’m so thankful God gave me these compassionate clinicians to treat me! I am SO GRATEFUL!

The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, and doctors were extremely nice and professional. Waited less than 2 minutes in the waiting room to be called back. I walked in on Saturday needing medical attention and was seen and treated in less than 30 minutes. I wish my primary physicians office was this pleasant and efficient! Keep up the good work!

On 12.10.23: I visited this med stop and my entire visit and experience here was beyond impeccable. From the person who registered me who was named Avery, he was such a kind, patient and highly professional young man. He made me feel like part of the family. My nurse who took my vitals name was Verna, she was very professional, super calm putting me at much ease. She had the most generous words of comfort which was very much needed because I was not feeling well. My assigned Dr was Dr. Jacinta Tran. I can't say enough about her- super sweet, kind, very caring! I was in and out in no time. This facility in my personal opinion tops them all! The staff were helpful to me, understanding, they listened, they took their time to help me be at ease as much as possible, what also was a huge comfort 2 me was I observed multiple cans of lysol, hand sanitizers wipes, etc all throughout the facility in plain view and this was a plus no doubt for me. I am glad I selected this medstop vs any others. Added note: I reside in Macon, GA but this one is in network for my insurance and they are a whole lot better than any of the medstops in Macon, GA. I'm so happy I decided to visit this location. Continue to keep up the superb work!

I had a great experience here when I needed to see the doctor for a sinus infection. The two nurses that helped me were terrific! They were sincere and doing their jobs for more than just a paycheck. I want to give a BIG PRAISE to the young doctor that helped me! Her name is Doctor Ashley Norman. I really like her energy and enthusiasm! She is a very sincere doctor who is there to help you in any way that she can! I wish her a lot of prosperity in her career in medicine : )
