A patient is asked to arrive 15 minutes B4 appt time., but it's ok to leave the patient waiting 45 minutes, without explanation. Say no to indifferent treatment by these doctors and their staff.

I had a bad experience with the doctor because he performed surgery on my eyes, and the surgery went wrong, and he did not respond as a professional. I do not recommend him

Dr. Gill is wonderful! She immediately put me at ease, is very professional and took the time to answer all my questions.
They have a wide range of frames to choose from. The optician was very knowledgeable in helping me pick out my new glasses.
All the staff is friendly, and the clinic is well maintained and lovely.
I've been going to Lakeland Eye clinic for several years and plan to continue using them.

Over booked to the max must arrive 15 min early to sit and wait a hr past your appointment time to just start to be seen … pack a lunch and take a day off work you will need it….

Dr. Jonell Gill gave me a very thorough exam and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, as always. Ina, the Optician, always makes me feel that she is genuinely glad to see me and her professionalism is admirable! She always helps me by giving me great advice on my glasses. Love this place! Dr Gil is amazing when it comes to getting my prescription accurate, every time! So great that I also took my grandmother here for her cataract consultation. Heather scheduled her surgery and even gave us coffee from her coffee bar while we waited! The front desk staff is also wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!!

Im actually sitting in the doctors office now. My appt was an hour and a half ago, and I still haven’t been seen…….. This is beyond RIDICULOUS!!!!!
