Sent me out in the rain demanding another exam even though I had one 4 months ago here at your office and bought 2 pairs of loaded glasses. I got up early and drove in the rain after I made this appointment. I was trying to get backup glasses since I'm losing my job but apparently that's too much to ask. First you can then you can't then you can again? What a disappointment and now I have no backups and I'm losing my insurance thanks. The first pairs of glasses were good. Now my insurance is gone and the opportunity I had is gone thanks alot. I still don't know why you did that. I didn't need another exam.

The building was nice and the people were nice.
My eye was dry and scratched. They gave me an exam and told me to purchase glasses. I bought the prescription they suggested for me only to get dizzy wearing the prescription after following all instructions. After going somewhere else, I found out I didn't need the glasses. They should have treated my issue first before telling me I needed glasses. Now I'm out over 200 for one pair that sit in its case.

What a great eye appointment today. Dr Sharp was wonderful. Very thorough and didn't rush his time with me. Shannon was very informative and the Optician found the problem with my night vision. Strongly recommend Lazenby Eyecare!

I choose Lazenby Eye Center because of the reviews. I guess my timing was off; I was upset about the end results. I took my glasses back because they didn’t fit right, and was told they just needed adjusting. Like it was my fault. The doc who saw me did not communicate well. Bad experience. Went elsewhere and received the care I needed. Went back to my old glasses. Don’t waste your time and money. There are better eye clinics.

I had a terrible experience here. They are very deceptive with their prices. I asked when I set up my appointment weather my insurance covered everything I was told yes. I asked again when I came in. I was assured it did. Then when I was checking out the charged me $60. There are other wonderful eye doctors in this town go to them.

I've been going to Lazenby for several years now and this is by far the best Eye Dr I've ever been to. I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 & Dr Lazenby does a great job of connecting my life with my prescription. Highly recommend going here for your eye care needs.

I was a new patient to this practice yesterday. I have been wearing glasses for 36 years now. Never in all these years have I had the experience that I did at the Lazenby practice. I didn't have a wait which is always awesome when you are needing to return to work. Dr. Lazenby was very very educational and pleasant. The office staff, every single one of them were enjoyable, professional, helpful and a joy to work with. From my nurse Shannon who pleasantly walked me through the entire screening process to the front desk staff, Amber and Victoria who quickly and efficiently checked me in and out to Andrea who help me pick my glasses. Andrea is a gem!. So for the first time in all these 36 years I learned something that has NEVER been spoken to me in my process of choosing my new frames. Apparently, there are 2 digit numbers that tell you the size or width of the frames. This is huge!. When Victoria directed me to the frames she mentioned this to me and told me what she felt my range probably was. Mind blowing!. So Andrea comes along and gave me a truly honest opinion on my choices and spent over half an hour with me making sure I picked the right width and bridge size and an appropriate lens size!. She let me know when something would not fit me properly and if the pick just didn't look good on my face. I have NEVER enjoyed the selection process of my frames and it was frustrating in the previous selection process. In the past I was just directed to the women's frames. I would pick a pair, usually not sold on them but tired of trying to find something I liked (difficult too when your vision is impaired). Then the final measuring process took place and order. Then 10 days later pick up a pair of glasses that would not even stay on my face because they were too wide, too big. I always assumed you picked a frame and the measuring process was to have the framed made to fit. Not the case at all. I was having fun and Andrea was the icing on a fabulous cake!!!! HIghly highly recommend.

I loved their office and loved the doctor that I saw. I had an issue with my glasses and I won't go into details but it was made right. Nice to go to an office that listens to their patients and makes things right when things happen. Betty is wonderful, very knowledgeable and is great with patients. Shaina is very professional and makes sure patients concerns are taken care of. Thank you Lazenby Eyecare for making things right!!
