Attended an AmSkills "boot camp" at Lealman Exchange for (2) days. Immaculately kept grounds & interior. Every room had a sparking clean floor; clean, sanitized scent throughout, without the chemical aroma! The maintenance staff were constantly spot cleaning; my pet peeve: PUBLIC RESTROOMS! These were 5☆ all the way! Great job under strenuous circumstances.

It was my first time at the facility I went to a presentation meeting for the proposed work and walk path along Joe's Creek , the facility is very nice there was plenty of parking the parking lot has plenty of lighting, the room they held the presentation in was large accommodated all of the people that showed up to get the information from all of the displays and city and county people that were there too explain each phase of the process, it was an evening well spent,

This is a great place. Wonderful for the State. Staff was friendly and they have some really neat stuff here. Rare for Florida.
