I have been a patient at the Liberty Family Medical Center for approximately 5 years. During my visits, I have received excellent customer service. Whenever I walk into the office of Dr. Rebecca Shaver, I am greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attitude from Ashley at the front desk.

Within a few minutes of sitting in the waiting area, I am greeted with the same pleasant attitude from Kim the medical assistant.

While Kim is take my vital signs, she engages in a friendly conversation with my wife and I. After she finishes taking my vitals, I am taken in the patient's waiting room until I'm seen by Dr. Shaver.

She goes over all of my labs and answer questions that I may have during my visit. She expresses genuine concern and will always ask me is there any other questions I may have before I leave her office.

Dr. Shaver and her staff are great at their job and I have nothing negative to say about the services I have received. She succinctly covers all the salient points of my visit.

I ho to see Dr. Danielle,nothing against her, however I feel the receptionist is lazy as hell.Just to get an appointment u have to go in the office to make it. This is all because they to lazy to answer the phone. Then they wanna call you and leave a message and can't even answer when you call back or return the message from the voicemail.On top of all this the reception or should I say front desk has a whole attitude and gonna reply ,sorry this is a busy office.Is not that busy you can't answer the phone with 2 people working.And to top of off when I came to make my appointment there was one person in the lobby waiting and still no phone being answered.
If there is any worries why the local doctors loosed business and they go elsewhere to be seen, there it goes.. It's really good to find good help.And the ones that needs a job gets looked over.

I had Dr. Anna Spelts who was very nice. Unfortunately they never referred me to get the additional screening the doctor said I needed (ultrasound for a possible blood clot). If you call they ask you to leave a voicemail but their mailboxes aren’t operational. The staff was not very nice when asking to see if my referral request was submitted. I had blood work pulled and one month later still have not received a call back on the results. I had to ask for it to be mailed to me.

Dr. Badea!! one of the most caring doctor i have ever had, he has a great sense of humor, and takes his time with you! He has been my doctor for many years and even so he has taught me so much about my medical issues, I can reach him at anytime or there are some people I can reach out to if I can't reach him. MEA! the office manager is simply amazing and so caring, she keeps her word and always ready to help!! I appreciate my Primary care dr. and Mea.. Thank God for the both of them!!

Dr. Badea is cool so far. But some of the staff! Not so much. It takes too long for someone to answer a call. And if the person you need to speak with is out of the office. Then just let the patient know, so they want call back to back like I did. Only to find out from the orthopedic specialist scheduling coordinator, the person was out of the office. I've been trying since Monday March 27th to get an authorization for my knee. And still haven't gotten it. Some of the staff is giving the doctor a bad rep. Do better! And trust me! If I was in a position to get better health care! I would!

It's been a month and half and my Fiancé hasn't got a call about her blood work back, when she calls she can never ver hold anyone or they say then will send a message to the doctor, and I'm so ready to report this Facility to the Medical board.

I see Dr. Anna Spelts. Best dr there is. You feel confident from entering until leaving. Wonderful staff. She listens and ask questions.i love them. She treats you with care and concern. Great personality. I couldn't expect any better.
