This was the first time that I was able to go see my dad and was impressed with Life Care the facility itself was clean the residents were all clean and in good spirits. The nursing staff was great they've made my dad feel welcomed and are always ready to help someone if they are needed.

My entire family has been affiliated with this facility in one way or another. Two of my brothers and I both have worked here. The one worked here up until two weeks before he passed in June. The staff here were so wonderful to us throughout his stay in the hospital and even now. My mother passed away in this home Dec 24, 2003. They treated her so good. She liked living there. She had her stash from playing bingo. I love each and everyone of the staff in this home. Lynn Hayes has done a phenomenal job as administrator. Debbie Arnold is amazing too. Love them both. CNC keep doing what you do.

The staff & Charge Nurse on the skilled rehabilitation wing were very attentive & responsive. The facility is older & a little out dated; but they keep it clean. Food was good; and they have options if you don't like something. Therapist were absolutely fantastic & thorough! The Front Office staff were equally helpful & responsive. It was a truly good experience for our family member! Would recommend this facility!

Mom is at Life Care. We have had the best of care for my mom. The nurses and aids have been kind and so loving l. I feel so much better at home knowing she is well cared for

I have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff at Life Care over the past couple of years through volunteering for activities for the residents and events that they put on. The entire staff is always friendly and courteous, and I truly enjoy spending time with the employees and the residents. They care very much about their residents and are such a wonderful, compassionate group. They are definitely an asset to the area.

My uncle was here just over a month, and he had the best care! From the nurses, to the administrators, to the Social Worker, to the kitchen staff and housekeepers. Everyone knew his name, and took time to talk to him daily. Each one definitely made his stay as comfortable as possible, he only had to think of something he needed, and it would appear!!
I'm almost going to miss going there multiple times a day, just for the friendly faces.

Since bringing Daddy for long term care at Life Care Center in Carrollton we’ve seen him grow content and happy with the great care he’s receiving. The staff and nurses have all been so helpful, loving, caring and kind to not only our father, but to us his family, as well, during this difficult time of transition. We appreciate the care they are giving to him and seeing him so happy and content eases our worries for him knowing he is in good hands! My father has been in this facility for several years now and our family has been extremely pleased with the services provided. It has always been clean and friendly. The social service director Misty has been a delight and so helpful in every way possible. Even though you would always want to keep your loved one at home, that is not always an option so this is the closest thing to it.
