I refer to them as my pharmacy family. Who knows us best!! For years they are so special and really go out of their way to help. Also, offer a cool variety of items/ boutique. Best prices but the very best people ever. Love them all!!!

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only downside is that I'm pretty sure they don't accept insurances. They wouldn't even use a good rx card I had to see if it would help with my medication cost.

I wanted so badly to love this pharmacy and initially they were great! But now - my husband went to get a prescription filled and instead of being honest that they would not order the medication they said it was back ordered until the pharmacist finally admitted it wasn’t in his best financial interest to order or sell that medication! We waited for days thinking it would arrive next shipment. Then I tried with a very basic ointment script. Not in stock… and would not bother ordering it until I called around to see if another pharmacy had it to transfer. We will deter friends and neighbors from using them and have transferred all of our prescriptions back to Walgreens which has better hours and has gong about and beyond to help.

We love Lithia Springs Pharmacy. I was looking to get away from the big box pharmacies and was delighted to find this gem right in my neighborhood. We've only been customers for a couple years now, but Jason, Teresa, and the rest of the team make us feel like family any time we stop by... literally. My Husband is a Jones, no kin to Jason and his family (as far as we know), but Jason tells me to tell his "cousin" hello anytime I see him and always makes sure to ask how we're all doing. Words can not describe the amazing staff and personalized customer service at this lil hometown pharmacy.

Very easy to transfer prescription, very fast service, very friendly and polite staff. Definitely better than a Walgreens or CVS! So happy I switched! 😊

First off, I love the Jones family. Jason was a previous boss of mine at a mom and pop drug store. Best job I ever had. So when I found out he had his own pharmacy, and was on my way to and from work every day, I switched. I hate big business chain pharmacies. They always treat you like a number, not a person. So move over Kroger and "hello family!" Jason and his staff are so nice, always smiling, and will get you in and out in a jiff. Love you guys 😉😉😊😊

I was a customer of Lithia Springs Pharmacy for a long time. I became a customer when Ron was the owner. A few months ago I had to change pharmacy due to a change of insurance. When I informed the pharmacy about the change, I was told that they will not allow me to take MY prescriptions until all balances were paid by me or the insurance. In other words they kidnapped my prescription. Finding myself in a scary position because I can't go without my prescriptions, I decided to pay the $2200 out of pocket which was the balance owed. I told them not to file with the insurance because I would file it to receive the reimbursement. Not only did they file it, they received the money and now they refuse to return it. I have tried in 4 different occasions to talk to the owner but he refuse to explain why they are keeping my money. Now that Jason took over, the place is not the same.
