My appointment was at 5pm and all the members of the office were as pleasant as if it was the beginning of the day. Dr. Grimes was also very upbeat, patient and caring. From start to finish, had a great experience at Littlefield. Checking in went smoothly, the tech doing the pre-tests made those go quickly and had a cheerful atmosphere. Dr. Yates did the exam and answered all my questions and gave some suggestions to a specific requirement I had. The gentleman who helped get my glasses set up was knowledgeable about the coatings and helped me find a better frame.

I’ve been going to Littlefield for several years now and have always been impressed by their professionalism. Already have next years appt set.

The entire staff is friendly and they all do an amazing job in their respective roles. As a new patient who hasn't been to the eye doctor in 20 years, Dr Grimes took time to ensure I was comfortable and understood what all the procedures were looking for and what all of the results meant. Once the exam was complete, Dr Grimes walked me out himself to talk to Walter to find a pair of glasses that I liked and looked good in me. Walter was surprisingly good at helping pick a pair that complemented my face shape and was honest and helpful without pushing me to purchase more expensive items when the less expensive options were a better fit. I'm very happy with my visit and would highly recommend Dr Grimes and the Littlefield staff to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
