Extremely friendly, very helpful, and will always go the extra mile to help you. I even traveled 30 minutes to go to them for over a year because I didn't have insurance, and their prices beat the big box stores! Thank you, Longwood Pharmacy, for keeping me healthy! ❤️

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy that still feels like small town hospitality and cares.

I've never used this pharmacy before but my doctor said she was going to send my meds here because they are more efficient and better priced than the other big brand pharmacy's. She had high recommendations for them and said she's had people overpay for the meds I was prescribed at their local pharmacy and when she sent them the script they paid a very small fraction of the cost (if any) so it was more affordable for those who actually need it.

I didn't know anything about this pharmacy prior to this. Literally on my way home from my doctor, no more than 15 minutes later, I got a call from the pharmacy that said they would be delivering my scripts to me the next morning at my home address. I was in shock. I've never had a delivery service from a pharmacy automatically offered, and especially never by a big pharmacy company. I know now you can get that now, but they still take 5-7 days to be delivered.

Needless to say, going forward, this pharmacy will be getting ALL of my scripts. Simply because of the kindness and communication and offer to deliver at no extra charge.

After spending hours calling big name pharmacies to find a medication for my daughter and being turned away because they didn’t want to check if they had the med or hadn’t heard of the med or couldn’t get the med I called Longwood Pharmacy. They were kind, helpful, and could get the med I needed for my daughter by the next day. I called the next day to verify that they had received the prescription and could get it that day. They reassured me on both. By 10:30 am I had received a text that the med was ready for pick up. When I got there they had already applied the manufacturer’s coupon to the order. I won’t waste my time with the other pharmacies anymore. I’d rather make the 30min drive knowing that I’ll be treated well and that they will have my daughter’s medication.
