This place exudes comforting hospitality! My mother & I are frequent thrifters & whenever we're jonsing for a thrift fix, this store is always on our top choices to go to. Lost & Found keeps a fresh inventory, so we always have new selections to pick from! I only took pictures of the front of the store so it doesn't do it justice. There is a huge shopping area in the back of the store.

Daniel went above and beyond to assist me, not only helping carry my furniture but even taking the time to clean it thoroughly before loading it into my car. When I thanked him, he surprised me with a heartfelt explanation of what my purchase was truly supporting.
Lost & Found is not just a store; it’s a lifeline for LGBTQ+ ! youth who’ve been kicked out of their homes due to prejudice. Daniel shared how this organization provides a structured, 90-day program that offers education, job training, and life skills to these young individuals. Participants save 60% of their earnings, and at the end of the program, they are set up in fully furnished apartments in their name, ready to pursue their dreams.

I have driven past this location on numerous occasions today I finally had an opportunity to stop in and see the items. Upon even opening the door nobody acknowledged me nobody said hello good afternoon Is there anything I can help you with I actually came in looking for a specific item which was the jewelry section for brooches so being as though that I was completely ignored by literally almost everyone who I walk by who worked in this location I just decided I won't come back so I decided to place a review and tell other shoppers who love thrifting to be leery of this place cuz the people who work here especially those at the customer service desk or very selective on who they will speak to and who they will not. Shoppers beware

One of the most well organized stores that I have ever been to, amazing selection, and the way the staff here acts as well as the overall presentation of the store made it feel like a very safe and welcoming place. Definitely plan to visit again next time I am in the area.

If you're looking at their homeless program, save yourself the trauma. I stayed here and I would have gotten more sleep at night if I'd have found a comfy spot in the woods, not to mention they have ZERO resources and will lie to you about it. They run everyone out the houses at 8am and let everyone roam the streets of Atlanta with no further help, I was assaulted my first day, stranded my second, and kicked out bc I kept asking for extraction from the dangerous situations they put me in. Just don't do it, sadly they're as corrupted as everyone else.
