I purchased a washer and dryer set right before Thanksgiving. Been having problems with the washer. Now last night the dryer went completely out && almost burnt my house down. When trying to get in contact with them the phones is going straight to voicemail. I do not recommend.

We had a problem with our refrigerator; the ice maker is not working, high temperature on the freezer side and also the chiller is not cooling at all. We called the Low Country Discount Appliances and they immediately scheduled us for refrigerator condition assessment on the following day. Jay came to our house the following day and he thoroughly checked all the parts of the refrigerator if properly working including inspection of the temperature inside the freezer. He confirmed that all essential parts are working properly and that he advised us to totally defrost the refrigerator for a possible reason of the refrigerator was not working properly due to frozen line at the back since all important parts are working. We followed his advise and very happy to say our refrigerator is now in normal working condition. We highly recommend the Low Country Discount Appliances if you have any trouble with appliances.

Buyers beware bought a washer and dryer to be delivered with a 30 day warranty for my mother, it was just dropped off, got all kind of excuse why they couldn’t be set up the dryer worked the washer never did I call often for a month I got more excuses why they couldn’t come work on it my advice by New from a retail store not a discount outlet Because you never know what you’re getting

Just something to know, you do not get your money back if you buy something from here and it fails. We purchased a washing machine ($700) that was delivered and failed up first use due to poor seals on the front door. It dumped water all into our laundry room. They came and picked the washer up and would not give us our money back. They said we only get store credit. Now Noel tells us our store credit has expired. We have done many thousands in business with this company to furnish flip homes. We will not any longer. Highly do not recommend.
