This was my very first time visiting this eye care office. Once I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomed. The receptionist was very helpful and I was brought back almost immediately. This is my third year bringing my children to see Dr Dang. She is always great with them and I feel we get great results. The ladies at the office are nice too. However, this is the first year I’m being charged more than my usual copay that has always been the same. It would have been nice to know of those changes at the time of making the appointment and not the day before so we could properly prepare.
