Very professional, respectful, and dedicated staff that cares about your vision. They know how to fit glasses for your face shape and are very patient until you pick the glasses that best fit you. They also carry a lot of brands with elegant designs.

Progressive lenses are expensive and got lots of adjustable parameters. It requires accurate measurement to take full advantage of the expensive advanced lenses. However, they don't even bother to get the automatic measurement machines from Zeiss and rely on just the old fashion human measurement. Even stores in Shenzhen China have those machines. They say if you don't use those machines, you may be getting just 60% benefits of those advance lenses. This store just use a of default options and is a total waste of the highly customized advanced lenses from Zeiss. It is a shame that this looks like a high-end store trying to sell hign-end lenses but in fact they don't care enough about customers' vision. Stores in China are doing better than this. They take all measurement seriously and would recommend the best fit for you. This is just a shame.

Stopped by because my daughter's glasses got slightly bent and were bothering her. They were really friendly and fixed the glasses perfectly for free. It was such a blessing. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this location of Luxeye Optical. The staff was highly attentive and personable, I had a wonderful experience. The person who adjusted my eyeglasses was very helpful and made sure I was happy with the outcome before I left. Will come back!

It’s extremely hard to find opticians that knows how to adjust glass frames for Asian people in the US. Over years I tried many places in California and in Virginia, but they do not know how to make it comfortable for Asians. They cannot even tell that the glass is not fitting comfortably on my face. As a result I often have to ship my glasses to my home country to get it done. This store did it correctly for me. I highly recommend this store for Asian people who cannot find a right fit at a regular American eyeglass store.
