Not much selection & I'm guessing the manager/owners are opening the wig/extension clips box indicated 6 pieces, only 4 were in the package. Explains why she wanted me to buy these. Theives🙄

The store may be small, but they are well stocked with everything from essential oils, skin and hair care, make up and jewelry. I always receive a friendly greeting and asked if I need help. This is my go to neighborhood beauty supply shop.

Unfortunately, this space is so cramped that it is near impossible to truly look for items if more than 3-4 people are in here. Same with getting assistance. The young lady helped me as much as she could but with other customers breathing down her neck for help, I was limited on time/questions with her. The person behind the counter was a little helpful but couldn't do much because she had to stay at the register. It was a first time for me as I thought it was close proximity to work but I'll drive further for better.

The store plays music where there's black rappers who are calling women B words spoke to the salesperson who could care less basically told me it wasn't my store and then one of the appear to be Vietnamese or Korean women came up in a gangsta Lean sliding her head from left to right greeting with a grit on her face look like a jailhouse prison mug basically they were rude and considerate and some of the women that work in the neighborhood some of the professionals came and said to him the solution is do not play that music. Very rude will never shop there again

they have raised the price
First thing she say did my black worker give you a deal trying to blame it on her
little do she know it was the Asian worker lol
They want the black dollar

I'm being polite by giving it a two stars only because he greeted me in the beginning. However, while I was browsing the store the clerk was watching me the entire time and that did not make me feel very welcome at all. You don't hawk eye your clients down the isles and think that's appropriate.

It got worse when I got to the cashier. Both the cashier and the clerk were having a full blow conversation and neither of them said anything to me when I said hello. I felt completely disrespected and invisible. And the clerk sat there the entire time eye balling me, but clearly didn't like it very much when I did it back to him. What is wrong with your business?! From beginning to end was a highly uncomfortable experience.

I only came here since I was in the area and after this fiasco I won't be coming back. Completely terrible.
