Scheduled appointment year in advance. They messed it up. Rescheduled my husband and I at different times with a different doctor. Called about picking up my eye glasses, I was on hold for the 45 minutes it took me to drive there and walked in still on hold with them. My prescription is way off and my glasses are worthless. I got progressives and gave them months just in case it was me but the top prescription is too much and the bottom is too little. Badly run business. They ripped me and my insurance company off.

I had my first visit with Dr Maggiore today. From entering thru the door to every step of the way, the entire team was great. Dr Maggiore takes the time to explain and understand your wants and needs. I was highly impressed.

Picking out my glasses was easy as well. I was listened to and the girls helped me find just what I was looking for.

As with any private practice, they are booked pretty far out. I had to wait over two months for my appointment, but it was well worth it. Don’t be put off by the way, make your appointment today

It was so nice to walk in and immediately be acknowledged and feel welcomed. The kindness, care and professionalism did not end there. Dr. Maggiore and her entire staff were amazing. She was very thorough, great doctor. I am confident I won’t ever have to look anywhere else. So happy!

I had a routine eye exam which has no copay. At the end of my exam I asked the doctor if she thought I needed a lid lift. She gave me an appointment to have some sort of test in two weeks.
They billed my insurance saying I came in with a problem. Which now it is not a routine exam and billed me $30 copayment.
