You can expect expert, personalized service from a hometown pharmacist that knows you by name. Shannon and staff make recommendations and give advice about your medications prescribed and will answer other questions you have about prescriptions and supplements you’re considering for the future. They keep track of my refills and make it easy for me to pickup my medicine when needed. It is such a refreshing difference from the “big box” pharmacies in town. They do their jobs right the first time and actually follow up with you if needed. They have saved me so much time and energy over the 12 years I’ve been a customer.

This is the best pharmacy you will find! Competitive prices and better than that, impeccable service. When they care enough to know you by name and build personal relationships, that is what customer service is about. Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly their staff is! Still pleased and happy to do business with them!

Fantastic pharmacy. All of the employees are pleasant to deal with and they have a fantastic small town attitude, they know you name when you walk in and in my case my dog's name too! Prices are as good or better than the chain pharmacies but their service is superior. Big fan!

Let me start by saying this. When you walk into a pharmacy and you’re greeted by name that is a sign that you’re not just a customer to them. The absolute best pharmacy I have ever been to. All the ladies are so wonderful and always have smiles on their faces. You can tell they want to be there. They are never rude like other pharmacies I have been to in the past. The two pharmacists Shannon and Mary are excellent at what they do. I have rarely had an issue with my medications not being in stock to get filled. It’s inevitable for the occasional medication to be on backorder. For being a relatively small pharmacy, I give them much respect for their hard work, dedication, and ability to keep up with customer demands. They also personally choose local smaller brands to display and sell. Some of the brands they have carried in the past and present-day would’ve never known they existed if it wasn’t for Shannon carrying them. The new location is beautiful and a much bigger building than the old one just down the street, next door to the Dry Cleaners. I remember from time to time pulling into the parking lot and seeing the “full house” with not enough room for everyone to wait inside. So sometimes waiting outside was just par for the course to get your prescriptions filled. The new location has a much more spacious waiting area and a drive-thru if you’re in a bit of a hurry. But they do have steps to take with filling your medications so if you didn’t call ahead of time, you might be waiting for 10-15 minutes. It’s the same as any other pharmacy with a drive-thru service. If you call they can get everything ready to be checked by the pharmacist for when you arrive. Checkout is a breeze if you do it that way.

I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Pharmacy. When we moved to the area we had no idea of the above par quality of this local pharmacy. The care you receive is exceptional. Staff are professional and so very friendly. Pharmacist Shannon is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above an beyond to help her patients and doesn't jump to medicate. She looks at the healthiest approach to each medical situation. You don't feel like another number like you do at other pharmacies. They care about you're personal well-being. Even if you don't live in the vicinity, it would be worthwhile to visit Magnolia Pharmacy for your pharmaceutical needs. You will be impressed.

I've been to so many pharmacies around the country. This is by far my absolute favorite. The owner, staff , environment and compassionate service is truly amazing. I make the drive once a month because it's so worth the exceptional service.

I love this pharmacy! It is truly a home town pharmacy and they recognize me and know me by name! They are always super quick and there has never been a time I wait longer than twenty minutes to get my prescription filled! Shannon the owner also makes some home made products that you can get there and I bought some lip balm for my daughters and their mom and they loved them! It was nice to know they are all natural too! Probably the biggest reason I return there though is because I think the blonde always working behind the counter is so so cute, to bad she is married to someone I wrestled with in highschool (what a lucky man), so she is off limits to those of us with morals (the few of us who actually remain)!

Refused to give me my medication after my doctor sent it to them said they wanted to save it for a different patient. That is discrimination I will be suing and no one use this pharmacy ever
