This place is a scam and they have a terrible business practice. They sent me a text saying they billed my daughter’s insurance and I owed for her visit that was months ago, literally in September. I called my insurance and they said there’s no record of them even submitting a claim. Not to mention they tested my daughter and told me she had allergies, I had to take her to a different urgent care and she was diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia and rushed to CHOA literally about to die. They also don’t have a phone number that works, they have no receptionist you can speak to, and they have no email to be able to straighten any issues out. Go elsewhere.

You don’t get a human at the reception desk, you get an iPad and a large banner behind the desk. When you finally see the staff, they are nice, and they are helpful. We saw two families turned away because they did not speak fluent English. An elderly man had trouble navigating the silly iPad, the last thing he needed when he already felt sick. First and last time.

Debited my account from a card saved on file and won't call me back. My daughter has 2 insurances, there is no fee for her to go there. I did not get a bill or anything!! Also happened to a friend of mine.Literally will steal your money, be careful!!!! I've called a few times and they "put a ticket" in and will get a call back, I've not received one yet and it's been weeks.

I loved this practice until they started stealing money from me. I pay a urgently care copay every single visit and yet 4-6 months after every visit, I get a text saying we still owe money and that it will be automatically deducted from my account within 2 days WITHOUT MY CONSENT. You cannot anyone on the phone, Facebook, or portal as I have tried for months to get my money back. I will be pressing charges if this does not get resolved. This is ridiculous and shouldn’t be doing this to people without talking to them first. I just want my money back from all the charges all year that I do not owe. I will never step foot in there again because of this and they were my go to place! But I can’t handle being stole from after every visit.

Do not go here. This place is a scam. I took my child here once for a fever and suspected ear infection. A young nurse performed a swab test barely getting her mouth and nose and they said she was fine. The next morning her fever went up to 103, so I took her to another urgent care and she was diagnosed with a double infection and strep.

To follow up from 1 star Google review. The check in process is atrocious. Both times I have been seen for urgent care. First time I had to catch one of the nurses to help me with inputting VA insurance because I could not get anyone online and kiosk did not function well. Second time kiosks were crashing preventing me from checking in properly once at the location. It would likely would be less frustrating if there was a person or a bell to call a person to help as opposed to standing awkwardly waiting for some online support to answer(eventually........) the call subsequently using up single functioning kiosk while you have line of patients behind you.

Heres a free idea.... make an app for checking in(check location of the phone to ensure person is there) and getting hold of customer support, you already got the kiosk software running on IOS... OR staff the front desk.... COVID is over, no excuse.

Staff is great and helpful once you're in or manage to catch one - I cant complain... but holy cow the check in process is infuriating and cold. If there were other options with VA community care for UC I would go there just based off my experience both times.

Staff is great, their check in system is utter garbage. It either crashing when you try to check in or it takes forever to get hold of anyone to help you. Its easier to just go to VA clinic as you get to speak with a human.

Wait time was not bad but the nurse was just not very friendly I walked in to a dirty room as it’s shown in the picture, they didn’t even bother to change the paper on the table. The nurse that brought me back look directly at the bed knowing that it was not changed and proceeded to ask if anything was wrong with the room 🙄. Me working in the medical field for a long time knows that it doesn’t take long to clean and wipe. Very disappointed with this experience if I could give 0 stars I would!

Love the staff great care !! BUT STOLE MONEY FROM MY CARD !! WAS TOLD WE OWED 129.OO FROM MY GRANDSON VISIT ! THEY TOOK IT OUT!! HES A CHILD IN SCHOOL AND NO WE DIDN'T OWE IT !! WONT GO THERE AGAIN ! SO WATCH OUT CANT CALL THE? WONT ANSWER TEXT ! BUT THEY WILL STILL YPUR MONEY !!!
