My family joined Mansfield family practice when we came to Mansfield over 40 years ago. It was a wonderful decision on my part. We have been so pleased with the medical care that my family has received. We started with elementary school children and then as they grew up they have brought their families to Mansfield family practice. When we moved my mother from Philadelphia she was welcomed there and received excellent care as well. I think they are a wonderful source in Mansfield of high quality medical Care.

I have been a patient at MFP since moving to the area in 1977. My husband and now-grown are also patients. This practice has been consistently superb, especially Dr. Madraswalla, who really listens and who actually hears you. And remembers everything about you without being fixated on a computer screen. I never feel rushed, he and the staff are unfailingly kind and caring and accommodating. There is no "doctor is god" arrogance here: the docs are on your team and and they're top-flight competent across ages and conditions. Direct communication with doctors and staff through the practice portal is prompt and extremely helpful to get questions answered or concerns addressed. Virtual health visits and direct call backs from the docs are offered and are a wondeeful help. In short, this practice is truly dedicated to maintaining my family's health. That's incredibly rare in today's world of huge corporate and PE-owned mega-practices that are all about profit and not the patients. I have no idea how MFP is managing this feat, but they are, and their independence is a sign of their values. We are exceptionally fortunate to be cared for by this practice and I highly recommend it to all.

I have seen Dr. Dardick as well as Dr. Winakor at Mansfield Family Practice. Both are outstanding professionals who are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. They have wonderful bedside manners and I have always felt my concerns have been listened to and approached with a comforting attitude. As someone with health anxiety, I also love the use of the patient portal, how easy it is to navigate, and how I always receive a timely response. Mansfield Family Practice is just awesome and I would highly recommend!

This has been my doctors office since I was young. Always friendly staff, informative and efficient. I usually saw Maura Baker, a nurse at this practice, but since she has retired I see Kenneth Dardick my PCP a lot more. He is great, a very informative doctor and he always makes sure that you, the patient, is comfortable with what is going on. If there are different options of treatment, he tells you all of them and you discuss what is the best option for you as an individual. I’m very lucky to have this practice as my normal doctors office!

The staff at the front desk are wonderful and always treat patients with patience and respect, even though they are juggling many things at once. It's impressive! The medical assistants are always pleasant and efficient. My current medical provider took seriously a chronic problem I had and made me feel that it was ok to speak up about it. She referred me to a great specialist and I'm grateful! I've been treated for UTI's many times at this practice and did not have a good experience. I always feel that the provider (4 different ones) is annoyed with me. Therefore I always end up talking myself in and out of calling for an appointment and I feel ashamed when I am there. Because of this, I always feel very nervous about going to an appointment there, whatever the reason, but to be fair, there are good things about this practice.
