I reordered my daughter's glasses because the puppy got ahold of them and she had insurance for a new pair. Tell me how i did that over the phone about or around late September early October. I have called several times since then and i was told it was on back order. I called again last Friday for them to tell me they never submitted the order. Do you know the rage that filled me up that day , i wanted to go there and act out of character for the lies i was fed time and time again whenever i asked for an update. My daughter has been without for over a month and y'all have the nerve to lie to me 10/19/22 , 10/26/22 , 11/1/32, 11/11/22 ? and they were ordered 9/28/22.
Who ever worked those days and told me them lies knowing dam well they never sent them should be delt with. Thanks to the lady that pressed the send button last i called. She is a winner ? a real one.

Nice people, but........... Had an eye test age chose some new frames, even though my prescription had not changed. 10 working days later the glasses were ready and i picked them up. However, if i looked sideways out of the glasses, things were blurred, do they took their measurements again and sent them back to the lab. This time i waited 13 working days (!!) and the exact same issue existed with the newly made glasses. At this point i decided a wanted a refund. After checking everything over AGAIN they agreed to issue me a refund. HOWEVER, despite the fact that i had paid by credit card, they could only issue a refund by faxing their corporate office and getting them to issue a check - which takes 2-4 weeks!!!! I will not be using this company again and suggest you don't bother either.
