I am very pleased with Christine at this location she was more than helpful she went out of her way to help us and get my son's glasses ordered properly. We had a slight problem not because of the center but insurance etc but she got it all under control and his glasses here in only a week! That is very impressive and I appreciate her so much. Appointment for significant other @ 14:40 hours

After check-in and paperwork, expect the initial wait time not to exceed 30 minutes.

Wendy, one of the many technicians, is very nice and helpful.

She explained everything in easy to understand language and has a terrific bedside manner, and most importantly, has patience with the older geriatric patients.

Overall, start to finish, the first visit is time-consuming, so plan on 2 plus hours, in most situations.

Extremely busy practice with steady arrival of people. The waiting room today stayed mostly at capacity.

I inquired to Wendy about the feasibility of utilizing Marion Eye Center for my own Eyecare.

Wendy explained in great detail of utilizing Marion Eye Center as a 100% in-house Eyecare solution, as they have ALL the Eyecare specialists here in house, no need for referrals to another facility.

That in itself, folks, is a HUGE plus, one medical practice that does everything Eyecare related!

I will not be returning here.

I scheduled an appointment to get contacts. I arrived fifteen minutes early and was there for two hours. I spent maybe twenty minutes of that talking to people. The rest was waiting.

I got back to the doctor only to be told I was too old for contacts at 43. Even after assuring the doctor that I could read just fine I was told I needed to buy the expensive progressive lenses.

I am not eligible for frames right now and cannot send off my only glasses.

I can see a doctor once a year with my insurance and that was it. I feel like I was defrauded. Misrepresented the appointment. I would have scheduled elsewhere if I had known that I was being misled to upsell upgrades that I have no interest in buying. Thanks for nothing.

I love Marion Eye Center. They know me, remember who I am from visit to visit. From the moment I walk in the door, the front desk personnel seamlessly check me in. The gal who does the preliminary exam. Dr. Billings, whose humor is awesome, to Elly who can fit your glasses to your face so they fit like a glove. They took care of me through my cataract surgery. And are really invested in you, as a person. Just go! You'll be glad you did.

Took my 5 y/o daughter to her first ever eye exam at the Cape Girardeau location. Even though I was running a few minutes late for our appointment, the office staff were extremely kind to us, and Dr. Billings was super nice and funny with my daughter. She was totally at ease and said the appointment was fun! Who knew going to the eye doctor could be fun!
