I recently visited Marque Urgent Care and was impressed by the perfect cleanliness of the facility. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe during my visit. The staff was responsive and attentive, addressing my concerns quickly and professionally. It’s so nice to have a UC so close to home that can take care of all of our community and myself for illnesses and cuts and sprains . I was helped by Dr Ryan for sinus infection and he read my history from LF location and saw I need aggressive treatment. I hope I get my bad infection better the first time as this one is a doozy . Thank you Ryan and team .

What a great experience, especially when having a ton of discomfort. I was able to make an appointment within an hour of reaching out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and empathetic. Not to mention on time which seems unusual for doctor visits these days. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care.

Will never take our kids to another Marque again. So sad because we had the best follow up experience at the rsm location for my son. Today we took our daughter in for eye pain, something got in there. Just want to say whoever saw her, a lady, should not even work with the public if she doesn't have patience. Our daughter is a human being. That lady was rude. Her impatience made my daughter very scared and uneasy. And even more scared when she told her " what I'm going to do is going to burn and hurt".. Why would you tell a child that?! How about saying”uncomfortable” She was already in pain and scared! Does she treat her patients like this all the time? Never again. Very disappointed. We won't be back. We got no answers, she told us to come back if it still hurts. It hurt while we were there! Why would we come back.

I needed a TB Test and after driving all over South Orange County to various minute clinics and pharmacies, the staff at a Marque Urgent Care in Mission Viejo let me know that although they were out of TB Tests, the Marque Urgent Care in RSM had them available. I called on my drive there and I was greeted with a welcoming voice who assured me that my drive wouldn’t be for nothing. The front office staff were friendly and polite and made the check-in fast and easy. I waited less than five minutes before my name was called and the stellar nurse, Dakota administered the TB injection perfectly. If you are concerned about the extra 20 minute drive into Rancho Santa Margarita, it will be worth it.

I had a very good experience at Marque Urgent Care. I have a shoulder issue and needed to start the process of getting an X-ray and hopefully an MRI with my pcp in a few days. They were efficient and timely. The doctor agreed to get the X ray and prescribed meds for the inflammation,. Which I think will be helpful. I missed the doctor’s call about my X ray, but I appreciated that he called to give me the radiologist report. I’m so glad they’re in my community and would return if needed.

Would avoid this facility. Dr. Dorkus is condescending to patients. Experienced it and read it in reviews. Others in the office are incompetent. Don't even know how to put on a blood pressure cuff.
