This location is easy to get to and is very clean and organized on the inside. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful and the optometrists are very good to work with. They explain things in great detail and answer all the questions that I had during my most recent visit. I have taken several of my children to this location and never had any issues. All of the staff were patient with them and got our needs met.

The only reason I'm not giving this review five stars is because I did have to wait a significant time past the appointment time that I had scheduled. Had I not waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I would absolutely rate this five stars.

Great staff and environment. Been going here for years. My favorite place get my annual eye exam and I get my glasses at eye mart express in the same building, 5 stars for the Eyemart Express part too!!

I have seen Dr. Hoover for years and actually had my first appointment with him when he was still at Stanton, I couldn't stand Stanton facility but liked Dr. Hoover so continued to go there..I was thrilled to find him again when he came to Marrtinez..he is a thorough doctor with lots of experience and a wonderful disposition. He has always taken good care of BOTH me and my husband..the staff was also very professional..always a good vist..thanks

I've been a patient here for years and always had exceptional service. However, today was just terrible, and more than likely, I will never return. I had 2 children with me, and due to a recent remodel of a bathroom, there are no public restrooms at the moment. HOWEVER, when we first arrived, an employee allowed one of the kids to use it as there was no active work going on, and the restroom IS functional, albeit "ugly". The youngest needed to use the restroom after we had been waiting over an hour and a half to be seen by the Dr and still had yet to be seen. A different employee rudely felt the need to come get me and tell me they couldn't use the restroom at all. I had already taken my contacts out and couldn't even see to drive them anywhere😫 THANKFULLY after I asked, they gave me a trail pair of contacts so I could leave and get to a restroom before we had an accident.

Ms. Valerie, a staff member, is truly an asset to this company. With her expertise, professionalism, care and kindness, I would definitely recommend Eyemart , Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, Ga. I left there satisfied. I wasn't happy to hear that Humana was no longer in network with this company; nevertheless, after Ms. Valerie spoke with a representative, I was provided other networking optometrists. Also, Dr. Huff was so professional, and knowledgeable. He shows what I consider awesome bedside manners. He is a God-fearing believer. He took time, without rushing to examine my eyes to make sure that my 20/20 vision was on point. The young ladies at the registration window were very professional, and all with smiles and humor. During my time there was a beautiful experience.

This was my daughter's very first eye exam and I couldn't be happier with the staff here. They were able to get her an appt right away, there was barely any wait time once we arrived and the staff was so courteous and kind. The Optometrist had such an awesome personality and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We were in and out. I enjoyed my experience so well, that I made my own appointment before leaving and I am switching to this practice myself.

Great front office staffing. Pleasant office experience. Dr. Abdul explains each step of your examination while updating any changes since the last exam. He suggests following the eye drops daily instructions to maintain good eye sight and always schedules your next appointment before leaving the office.

The staff were very courteous and considerate, however my appointment was at 2:15 and I had to sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes until 3:00, did the first part of the exam, then sat in the exam room for another 45 minutes waiting for the doctor to check my eyes. Didn’t walk out until 4:30, 2.5 hours at the clinic is crazy for a simple eye exam. Again, staff and doctor were kind and apologized for the wait, but that’s way too long
