What lovely people! Thank you for staying open for me 1/2 hour before the start of a holiday weekend so that I would not have to wait four days to pick up my medication. MCare pharmacy has been a great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me to try to transfer a prescription from another compounding pharmacy that I was having so many problems with. Best pharmacy in the area. I cannot say enough about the service the staff provides, including the delivery people. I receive calls each month prior to refills—from a human being. All my questions and any concerns are answered politely and professionally. I have never felt as though a team member was talking down to me. It is so refreshing to receive pharmaceutical “care.” It is absolutely amazing to have seamless “care” between a physician and a pharmacy. Brings back memories of the pharmacies of my youth.
