Great company with a great service. Since we got put on fiber a few years ago we never have issues. For our home the Internet is fast enough to run 3 PS5s with online gaming and another watching Netflix at the same time.
We have two businesses on the phone and internet also and never have down time or issues. Also our businesses have grown tremendously over the years and we needed a new phone system. We thought we would have to hire a telecommunications expert but Jack came to the rescue and set us up with a super sweet and practice phone system that completely went above our expectations. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are competitive with Star Link and Media com. The difference is star link and media com doesn’t support the community you live in our sponsor the ball team or extra curricular activity that your kid is involved with. No one does more for our community than MC telephone and Internet. Thank you for taking care of your customers and our community.

Absolutely terrible internet service and even worse customer service. Website crashes 75% of the time trying to pay a bill online. Would recommend ANY provider over them.

Super expensive. I feel like they take advantage of people cause they are the only provider in the area. The lady in the front was very unfriendly didn't even greet me and my mother when we arrived and was very unfriendly the entire time. When I mentioned the service was cheaper where I previously lived she replied some disrespectful remark like "well this isn't where you used to live now is it"....like really?. Very unfriendly and rude I'm disgusted I have to pay for this but it's my only option. Very unfortunate companies have people that that dealing with customers. She literally didn't smile say thank you/hello/goodbye or anything. Have some respect for the people about to pay hundreds of dollars to your company plain and simple.

Pricing always stays the same. No pop up fees on your bill. The lady’s at the front desk are always sweet and helpful!

I used to have a very negative outlook on this company, their policies and their conduct from staff members, but throughout my open service with them, they've really turned themselves around. They've got so much but better in almost every department. The only negative is their little area of fiber optics but that will change soon and I'm excited for it!

Been with McDonald Co. Telephone about 35 years and they are always professional, friendly, and helpful. ANYTIME I need help -they have their crewmen in contact with me within hours or next day. Their crewmen are also very professional and helpful and friendly EVERY time they have serviced our home. I have never had an issue withour billing or service. Highly recommend this telephone company!
