Dr Klein's was very professional and nice. He seemed very knowledgeable. My autistic son was a walk-in, he and his whole staff were extremely kind and patient. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have been going to McKinney for years Dr Charles Klein is very attentive. It takes time to listen to my needs and lets me be proactive and my care decisions. I feel valued there as a patient and the staff is always been very friendly.

My child has been ill since the 3rd. Two ER visits later I take him to see the doctor Mr Charles requesting a referral to see an ENT doctor and he declined my request saying unless my child suffers from tonsillitis at least five times a year that my visit with the ENT would be pointless. Well my child is still very ill two emergency room visits and a visit to the McKinney center and he is still really ill running high grade fever highest being 103.4.

We enjoy seeing Charles Klein, PA. My grandsons are 17 & 19. They feel relaxed with "Billy's and he relates well with them. Questions are answered and he handles their situations appropriately and gives great advice to them. Always correct about medication and quickly accesses their medical symptoms when given. We would recommend his expertise.

Good morning everyone, Forbes Hays here. I hope that this review finds you all well. I am here to give my up most experience with McKinney Medical Center. And I am happy to say that it is a positive one. So let's get down to it. And let's start with the arrival part of this review. So as I arrived I observed a clean building, and parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Very easy entry and exit points. When I walked in the office I was amazed on how clean there waiting room looked. Very comfortable seating and a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. My first experience with the staff was quite welcoming and companionate the nice lady at the window was very nice and respectful and made me feel welcome. And as for the reason for me being there was because I had a simple eye infection. And the nurses helped me relax and assured me that the doctor would help me with the issue. When it was my turn to go back to the back to get checked I was treated like the most important person in their office. They were very open with any questions that I had and answered them with poise and grace. And when it was time to see the doctor. Well that was even more of a wonderful experience in itself. I explained my issue. And he was more than happy to help me with it with great haste. He explained my issue and diagnosed it with no problems and he explained what type of medication I would be prescribed to fix it. He asked me what pharmacy I wanted to have the medication sent. And it was sent with even greater haste. Folks this is a place I will be recommending for anyone to visit if you have a miner medical issue. And more over it is a place that I would want to visit again and bring my family to. So with this review. I hereby give McKinney Medical Center and it's staff an A+ Five Star rating. And an over-all score of all 10's across the board.
