Amazing experience, all the staff were amazing, very friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Anan was very knowledgeable and approachable. Alexis the nurse was so helpful with great personality that made me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend them

Nice clinic, loved the medical staff, but receptionist (when I arrived)was lacking basic customer service, and everything she said sounded like my basic questions were too much trouble and were putting her out. Your first "customer moment of truth" was disappointing today. Again, med staff really great, friendly, wanting to help. People come not feeling well, and it would be appreciated if frontdesk person was like the great, caring lady who was there at 2:30, when I left.

This is the 4th time visiting the office. I’ve seen 4 different doctors and all have been knowledgeable, friendly, professional and supportive. They ask if I have any other questions as well. Can’t say enough about the office. The staff is just the same. 1 time I did have to wait about 15 minutes before seeing the doctor but I don’t think that is unreasonable.

I was waiting from 7:30 outside since they open at 8. A young lady opened but never greeted me.
Once inside I'm asked to scan a QR code to complete the registration. I asked the young lady to check me in, she refused. I was very sick and couldn't see straight.
A lady that came in after me was helped immediately and was seen before me.
1 week later I was still sick and feverish. I went to my personal doctor and It turns out they prescribed the wrong antibiotic so I had to start all over and was ill for weeks.
Unbelievable.

I'm convinced 90% of these doctors have no idea what they're doing. Don't get me wrong the staff is very nice and doctors as well. I came in, explained my symptoms and the doctor ruled out two things. I told him I was in pain and he said if it gets worse come back. So it did, and I did... I basically diagnosed myself and for some reason had to pay for another visit. Can you explain why if the doctor decides not to treat my issue and it gets worse I have to pay for another visit? 1/2 a star just because the staff is nice.

Fast, courteous, a very pleasant experience. When you don’t feel good, they made it easy and unstressful. Medication was sent to pharmacy and when I arrived in 15 minutes, it was ready.

The whole staff was courteous and professional. I witnessed a few interactions with "difficult" patients and the front desk associates were professional, positive, and showed a willingness to help. The doctor was thorough and had a very calming energy and the X-ray tech was so bubbly and efficient. Very happy with the whole interaction despite being in physical discomfort.
