I recently visited MD Now Urgent Care in South Boynton Beach due to a severe ear infection, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. Great experience this afternoon I came in and Taylor and Tashoya greeted me with smiles and helped me get signed in, they answered all my questions and I had many. Manny was excellent and made sure to explain the whole process of my visit and they had me in and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience I will be back for all my urgent care needs.

I only have high praise for the staff at this MD Now. Erin and Manny were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Initially I went in and was diagnosed with an ear infection. An antibiotic was prescribed which I took for 10 days. On a follow up visit, an examination was performed and I didn’t have the infection anymore. I told Manny and Erin Thomas that my ear still was feeling strange with a dull pain. Erin really cared and tried irrigating the ear to clean out some cerumen. She explained the procedure in depth and truly hoped I feel better….I do! Great place!

I was taken in quickly after filling out some paperwork. I was happy with the person logging me in, the medical assistant and nurse practitioner who took care of me. Good work.

went in very early and the Dr saw me after the assistant filled in my meds etc well i was extremely upset my leg was extremely inflamed red itching i was sure it was shingles but he was very concerned and said i feel its colitis and he supposedly told me i will write a note too the ER and put you on the board " so that your further up the wait" wow really no you did not no one including the ER charge dr and nurse said we never do that plus we never saw anything from that DR or that he called too put you on a board wow im already in horrible pain im itching very uncomfortable o followed his advice too go straight too the ER sure you joking i got there before 12 and didnt get admitted until evening and waited going out of my mind never got a room until like 10pm missed eating so please learn and dont tell patients that your actually saving them if they used Bethesda time on a waiting board.
