My wife and I (both in our 70's) had our first experience in getting CPAP machines and instructions for both of us. Getting the appointment set up with Brandon was a total pleasure. He saved us taking two trips and booked us both back to back. He could not have been more accommodating.

Had the best experience here and it was because of Cyndi and Sarah! They were so helpful. I broke an ankle and was on crutches, I almost fell trying to enter the store. Cyndi raced over with a wheel chair and helped me inside. They truly care about people. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband has been having issues with the fit of a CPAP, we were actually set up by our insurance with another supplier company but they have not been helpful. MedResources staff took the time to help us, the respiratory therapist even met with me to troubleshoot. We are very appreciative. We cannot wait until we officially own the CPAP after 10 months so we can switch to MedResources as our supplier/provider.

I stopped by this morning due to a malfunctioning CPAP. Not only did Sarah and Cindy help me figure out the problem, but they informed me that I was eligible for some part replacements that were covered by insurance. I wouldn’t have known unless they had mentioned it so I really appreciated their help today!

After reading the reviews, we were skeptical. However, we decided to give them a chance and hoped for the best. Unfortunately in the end, the reviews were right. The service wasn’t great, their website had issues and the billing department was unhelpful and condescending to be quite honest. If you’re currently looking for a supplier, I would suggest to keep on searching. We have decided to part ways and move on from this company.

I was overcharged for a boot. The product cost submitted to my insurance was over twice the price that it retails and since the hospital provided it, I wasn't able to shop around for an alternative. When I called MedResource about it, they obviously didn't care. If you have the option of using another supplier, I would highly recommend it.

I love their convenient location! Tiffany, the front desk and respiratory staff were so friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my C-pap reservoir and they replaced it.
