Hello There I'm so not pleased with the medical gallery. On 9/5/2024 my doctor sent a referral to them and the insurance I have told me that they covers everything I was charged a co pay of 55.00. so I reach out to my insurance company and they told me that they shouldn't have charged me no co pay so I went to call him and I wasn't rude or cussing or anything I told him I wasn't trying to cause problems nor upset anyone and his response was I had already did that so I was trying to explain to him and he said he will not be doing business with me nor taking my calls and he wasn't refunding me my co pay and hung up on me before I could explain myself and he also hung up on the insurance company as well. Very Very unprofessional as a owner/ manager just know my insurance company is looking into this Mr. Helm's before any payments are made and just know karma does comes back on a person. You lied and said there was an upgrades the rollator I just got is the same as my first one and I have the same insurance that I had before nothing changed only a different color and there's no basket on it you flat out lied. My opinion is don't go to the medical gallery the owner/ manager is rude and nasty along with Amanda D. She's the one who waited on me. This is a lesson well learn and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I had a great experience at the Medical Gallery. Their wide range of products, from car lifts to diabetic shoes, and excellent customer service made my visit worthwhile. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Mr Helm isn't patient. My insurance is taking a little longer than it should to pay for my shoes. He's already threaten to take me to court. I have coverage being a diabetic 44 years. I will not go back .

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the employees who work here! My mom broke both her feet in an accident. They were willing to provide her with a really nice scooter for her to get around on. In a time where we didn’t have insurance or a way to pay them for this either. They did this simply out of willingness to help someone in need. And that’s the type of people we need more of in this world. Thank you Sam, Ryan, and everyone here at the medical gallery!

Tried to get a wheelchair for my brother. Kept leaving messages with no response and owner hung up on my brother and told him to find another store. An awful way to treat someone needing medical equipment. Absolutely not true that we refused cash price. We were NEVER given a cash price amount.

Went to buy walkers..2...today. Staff very helpful in showing what they had in stock, as well as adjusting heights, etc to our needs. Helped to load both in our car which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this business as well as their very competitive pricing

I don’t a lot of these. But these people are special!! Sam is awesome. They got on scooter and all the accessories I wanted. I am so happy with them I am going back to them to purchase one for my wife. I drive 2 1/2 hours from my house to go see these people. They are real they won’t lead you on or even sell you on what you don’t need. I can’t say it enough if you need medical supplies go see them.
