Do not recommend!!! I ordered over $500 cash for scrubs, well in the meantime of them calling to tell me they came in last week, when I ordered them in Nov and I said I can I please have a refund. I can’t go back to work this wasn’t the plan and I need the money bc now I’m on disability and they said they’d give me a refund minus 30% for a restocking fee. I will never shop here again and all of my medical friends will be advised that this place is a racket with a small selection and they never told me anything about that when I ordered. Negative stars. Negative business.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to leave this one. I went into today and, right away, I was AMAZED with their EXCELLENT customer service. I wish I had gotten the woman’s name that helped me, but she was super nice, knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the scrubs I needed for work! They have an amazing selection of scrubs to choose from, so if you needed a sign to go check them out, this is it. They are officially my “go-to” shop for scrubs! Thank you!

So very helpful! I missed seeing them at my school today and as I work night shift couldn’t talk to them during business hours but they were very quick to respond to messages even outside of those hours and were very helpful in getting in my order for a school jacket! They answered all of my questions and even offered for me to come by and try one on before it was embroidered! I will be ordering from here again! Great customer service!

Went back for a second trip and a different last was there, she was very rude. Well not recommend note return to this store!!! I did not wear it, and I never said my employersaid anything to me, I said I bought the wrong color blue jacket and just wanted to change it out. I have worked in retail prior for 9 years and know how the merchandise process works. You can retag items!!! Bottom line is I will not refer anyone there. If you notice in your website of reviews you have argued with everyone who has made a remark. All of them seem to be the same. Have a good day.

I bought scrubs here a few months ago on lunch break. The lady ( whom I think is the owner ) was super nice and helped me try on 100 different pair it seemed like. She called me when my scrubs came in. I would certainly shop from here again.

Medical outfitters is the place to go if you’re in the Chattanooga area. Upon entering the store, you’re greeted by the fabulous employees, specially Brittney. Not only was she extremely friendly, helpful and intelligent but she brought a smile to my face.
Although they do not carry Dickies or Carhartt, they do have a wide verity of brands. Additionally, they are more than willing to order if you cannot find the right size.
10/10 would go here again!

Had a great experience at Medical Outfitters. The owner is very friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. They offer many varieties of uniforms and some basic medical gear as well. I would recommend anyone to shop here for their uniform needs.
