I am on a feeding pump 24/7. I generally place my order when I’m down to a case and receive my feeding formula and bags via UPS within 3 business days including Saturday. I had a knee replacement so I am impatient doing physical therapy and had not been home to order my supplies. So when I called this afternoon to place my order the young girl who answered the phone (was clueless) could not answer any of my questions. I asked if she could tell me when I would be receiving my supplies because my husband works nights and bypasses the UPS driver and I didn’t want the supplies to sit outside all night so I wanted to be able to make arrangements to get them inside. She said they would be delivered March 1. I asked her if she knew why they would take so long to be drlivered, because I use 8 per day and I only have to last until the 1st. Every question I asked she had to put me on hold and ask someone. She was rude and impolite. She couldn’t even say hold on please. When I asked, “I don’t have enough to last until the 1st what am I supposed to do?” She just sat there she didn’t say anything. I was like, “hello? What am I supposed to do?” She said, “just wait till the 1st”. So I said, “ yeah thanks”! And hung up. It’s like these people don’t even care. I mean, THIS IS MY FOOD! THIS IS HOW I EAT! So they’re just like when I run out I run out. I just have to wait until the 1st. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT? These are the least caring (or at least the young girl I spoke to today) people I have ever encountered. When I’m done with this feeding tube. I WILL NEVER USE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone

Have gone twice and both were great. I came down to Georgia to care for grandparents and have had issues in doing so. Brendan and Lindy were great.

My first visit with my grandmother, Lindy patiently answered all questions we had and got us with another employee that aided us in finding the right supplies. It was very reassuring.

The second time I came in, Lindy was once again incredibly helpful and friendly - making it easier to discuss a serious need on topics I don’t understand. At this time, Brendan stepped in and gave remarkable guidance on each product. It was great having such outstanding customer service.

10/10 for customer service.

10/10 for pricing I encountered.

10/10 for helpfulness.

Great shop, great people. If you find yourself needing Medical Supplies - this is the place to go.

Customer service at this place is beyond terrible. They are so rude and hateful! Late on deliveries for people that are DEPENDENT on oxygen, and their excuse is they don’t have enough drivers and are behind. No excuse at all! They can’t keep drivers or front office staff. My mother hasn’t been able to leave her house because she has been waiting on her portable O2 for days now. It took me calling up there and fussing before they got it delivered. Will be switching to another company ASAP.

Zero stars would be a better rating believe me. They have a problem with their bookkeeping, they do not 'bill' they 'call' supposedly every month after the insurance pays them, well no they don't do that. Lets face it these days everyone has numbers in their contacts so if someone calls it shows in caller id, and of course who doesn't have voice mail. I had a lovely 'professional' discussion today where I was yelled at and told that now I owed them for three months.. when I tried to remind of the conversation I had in April about how billing would be...by phone call once a month, he interupted me and yelled at me saying he was not going to argue with me and he would just come pick up the equipment. So that is exactly what I told them to do. Mind you this is oxygen equipment my husband uses every day. Beware of doing business with them for important equipment.

These reviews are very true. I wouldn’t recommend this place to know one at all. I’ve been in there to hear the guy in the back talk to his staff like they are dogs as well as there customers. They do not send out statements and then 2 or 3 mouths down the road call and say you have a 2 or 300 dollar bill. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

My brother has to use them because of his insurance. They gave him 3 faulty oxygen machines before getting one that worked properly. During that time, he had to use oxygen tanks and those are $20 a piece. They also refused to deliver his oxygen tanks to him recently, causing us to have to travel about an hour to pick them up for him. He's totally disabled and has to have someone to do all his errands for him. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

When I first started home oxygen, they came to the hospital and brought all supplies, since then they have delivered supplies to my home. Personnel is always so nice and polite. I love this company!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Defective equipment returned company refuses to refund and has also billed insurance. Fraud!
