The staff at Quipt in Ronnie's Plaza were so nice. I took my script in late on a Thursday and Jennifer called me early the following Tuesday to come and get the knee scooter I needed.
Guy carried it out to the truck for me. Now that's service! Thank you Jennifer and Guy!

We visited this center this afternoon and want to express how nice and helpful Guy Walton was with our concerns. He took time to talk to us and explain how to use the item we were interested in purchasing. It is so nice to have someone that is so understanding and not in a hurry to assist the next customer.

It was great. Extremely helpful. Not only with product in the store, but wit who to call at Mercy and what to ask for. Even though e had asked a nurse practitioner that worked for mercy and was basically blown off like it no big deal. I will continue to shop here. No need to look anywhere else if they have what I need

I went to Medical West to look into a Rollator for my husband. Guy Walton was very helpful and showed me the various types available and how they worked. He copied my prescription and ordered one for me.
It took about 10 days to get it but that seemed to be an insurance delay.
We went to pick it up and he showed my husband how to use it and had him walk around the store. My husband has low vision, hoh, some dementia and Parkinson’s disease, so there’s a challenge there. Guy was very patient with both of us and we left feeling pretty confident. Big thank you!

I'm concern about their business practices. I've been waiting 7 months for a APAP machine. I finally got the call,arrived for my appointment. Before they would see me, I was told they HAVE to have my credit card ,checking account information on file, they want paid and don't trust my insurance !? I stated I didn't understand,my insurance deductible was met, I would not owe anything? Receptionist was rude, called someone from another location,made rude comments about me loud enough for me to hear,let me sit for an hour. Gave me the phone ,Sue informed me they were allowed to charge me $147.00 a month outside my insurance? I explained I don't want my credit card on file,I have no idea what I'll be charged for,ask if she could explain. She stated they don't have to do business with me if they don't get my banking or charge card info.My Insurance told me not to do this,I have no idea what the charges will be.They said my machine would be rented for 12 months plus incidentals !?..None of it made sense to me. I have Lung Disease, a senior,need the equipment. I explained Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act (NSA) became FEDERAL LAW, their business practice is illegal. I can't just give them my credit card not knowing what I'm being charged for. I live on a fixed income. Well, they sent me home, told me to call back next week. How can a business be allowed to do this

I brought my wife to Medical West Healthcare in Ronnie's Plaza to see a lift chair I had seen previously. I have been there a couple of times for medical supplies for myself and was impressed by Chris F. and her professional and kind coworkers. Chris spent a lot of time showing my wife the chair and answering all her questions. She showed her how all of the functions worked and even though it was near closing time she stayed with us and there was no pressure. Chris and her staff is what keeps this operation a success. I would highly recommend doing business with Medical West!!!

The most professional, helpful, caring staff ever!!! Chris went above & beyond fitting my husband for his leg immobilizer...so attentive & patient. Guy quickly installed replacement leg tips on our walker & did not charge us for his labor. He also took the time to show me how to close the walker in a way that eliminates the problem of the legs jamming. Such an awesome duo!!!
