They did a great job helping me and my mom pick up a wheelchair that meets her needs. They were also kind enough to make sure my mom's brakes for her walker and handlebars were in good repair for use around our home. I also had several questions about a cpap machines and replaced my knee brace as well. Thankfully, I was helped with correct measuring and trying one on in person to finally get the correct fit. Amazon and a lot of other companies do provide this quality of customer service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this company for durability medical supplies.

Russ and the other gentlemen are absolutely wonderful people. I was new to Marietta GA, and my friends bought me a drive cart. I'm physically impaired and homeless because of fraud.

I had an issue pertaining to the Drive, and they came out and picked it up, and I was grateful. I have had it die on four different occasions, and they have called me back. I really think it is the battery.

I am grateful for Medi-Sourse and Russ, and the Staff is outstanding individuals.

Medi-Source Home Medical was a pleasure to work with. I had to rent a portable oxygen concentrator for my dad at the last minute and they had the unit I needed. Serg gave me a quick education on the different types of units, worked with my dad’s hospice provider to get his prescription and had us on the road within the hour. Their prices were reasonable and customer service outstanding.

I was visiting my sister in her new assisted living facility. She was in a car accident several weeks ago and broke her femur and is having to spend time in her wheelchair since she can’t put weight on that leg yet. She already owned a wheelchair but hadn’t needed it much, so she didn’t have cushioning for it and she was beginning to be in a lot of pain in her derrière and low back. I am unfamiliar with the area in which she lived, so I google “Medical Supply stores” and Medi-Source was the closest to her facility. I followed GPS to your store and was met by two very kind and informative gentlemen who took time to ask me questions about my sister’s condition and gave me recommendations. I bought a gel seat cushion and a lumbar back cushion and took them back to my sister. These cushions have made her so much more comfortable. I’m extremely grateful for your company. I visited your store on 975 Cobb Pkwy in Kennesaw, GA on January 23, 2025 around lunchtime. Thanks again so much for saving the day for my sister!

My daughter sprained her ankle and we needed a mold of transportation that was easier than a wheelchair. So we came to Medi-Source and got a knee chair That worked out really well for her. The cost was affordable. Customer service was excellent!
