My appointment was yesterday with OCTAVIA PERRY, NP and staff. I can honestly say from the moment I walked in until the moment I left out I felt like I was literally getting taken care of by family. Every single staff member that I came in contact with was super nice, super friendly and super empathetic, which is hard to find nowadays. I even made the decision to switch them to my primary care physician, even though I went in for urgent care. Thank you all for your attentive care!

Totally outstanding! I started eith this group over 6 months ago and i love the thoroughness having my doctor/ NP associated with urgent care. CHEST PAIN..? they do xrays right there..LAB WORK.. no waiting..draw samples Inhouse. Everyone is pleasant and On Point. I. Over 50 and never had this much team work over my care. Loving IT!

Today I was thankful to have experience such nice and professional and polite doctors tht let you explain your problems and actually listen to you and actually went above and beyond to make sure I felt better when I left no one was rude r acted like they did want to be there every one was happy n the energy was great and to see them smiling made me make them my primary care thank you again to everyone there stay safe and blessed

5 stars goes to NP and the MA that assisted me. When I got to check out (I waited for a few seconds) while the supervisor berate the new employee and or employee in training
I can tell she was stressing her out

Customers patients even when sick NOTICE everything please be kind

We are really counting on you to be patient be kind and be supportive any reprimanding take out of customers patients eyes/ears

It made me feel uncomfortable very uncomfortable as I could tell this wasn’t the first tongue lashing and if not checked won’t be the last

I walked away thinking ? is this acceptable behavior or refusal by management to check behavior

I will be back but one more this I will move on
