Lied to me twice about the appointment. I called week after thanksgiving to have two teeth pulled only have appointment available January 8th so I took it, I called the Monday before the appointment to confirm I’m getting my teeth pulled was told yes. Went to my appointment and they tell me they do not pull teeth same day!! Was told to make ANOTHER appointment to have ONE pulled and that appointment was for MARCH!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Rose the phone receptionist is very rude and bratty. I need a cleaning bad and they’re trying tell for the cleaning I need my insurance to pay a deposit first she’s trying tell me that they haven’t heard from my insurance which how come my insurance sent me letter saying that I’ve payed for it. She gave me a email to send a Picture of the letter but everytime I type in the email and try send it it says the email is blocked. My question why hasn’t “rose” reached to my insurance to ask about the confusion?

DO NOT waste your time!! I scheduled my appointment 45 days in advance and specifically told them I needed a cleaning, xray and 2 teeth needed fillings! When I scheduled the appointment I talked to the receptionist who then put me on hold to ask the manager how long to make the appointment so I could have everything done at once..I explained I have extreme anxiety issues and that I lived over a hour away! First off the staff are extremely rude, as I was waiting a lady came in and was 10 mins late and they made her reschedule for over a month away..there were no patients other than one there so I don't see any reason to make someone come back over 10 mins and they were rude to her!!! Once I got to the back I was told they only scheduled for a 30 mins visit!? Who does a 30 min visit Not to mention the equipment looked extremely outdated and the carpet had stains! Don't waste your time going there!

Negative stars for this place don't even waste your time it's a joke they only after your money don't care about you as person the dentist is a quack and doesn't have a clue what she is doing she shouldn't even be a dentist pulled my tooth and didn't even give me antibiotics smh took three months and 4 appts to finally get my tooth pulled what a joke this place is
