When I first met Dr Shirley, I was not sure whether I’d truly want her as a Primary Care Provider. With time I have however come to trust her as my caregiver. I am thankful that with time I have grown to trust her care giving and guidance. She is SHARP, ENERGETIC, KNOWLEDGABLE, and has earned my trust. Easy to talk with, does NOT dictate but works with me. We need more caregivers who are willing to allow patients active participation and decision making.

Excellent physician. Dr. Morgan is very thorough. She took her time going through my full health history and asked all the right questions and offered great advice and treatment. As a bonus her office staff is professional, efficient, and friendly.

Unacceptable to cancel the day before after making me wait 3+ months and then informing me that the doctor isn't taking any new patients until springs. After waiting months for a new patient appointment and then filling out the extremely long online mandatory prehistory on Friday they waited to contact me until the day prior to inform me my appointment is cancelled due to the doctor being out this week. Ok fine it's last minute but I kind of understand if they were rescheduling me for next week but then they tell me she's not accepting new patients and if I want to reschedule the wait will now be another 4 months making it spring 2025 when I initially called for an appointment at the end of summer in August 2024. They were treating their cancelation as if I was calling today to try to schedule an appointment.
I explained that I already waited 3 months and I shouldn't be treated as if I was just now making the appointment. I made arrangements to take off of work and have several serious health issues and can't afford to wait and they should fit me in the 1st available she said sorry but you should find another provider. Which most half way decent doctors have a wait period for new patients. So now because of them my options are wait at least 6 months, rack up huge hospital bill I cant afford or be 6 feet under soon. Utterly discussed with this treatment they should have contacted a month ago when doctor new she wouldn't be in this week.

Doctor Shirley is by far one of the best doctors I've ever had. If available, she offers alternative option for your care. She cares about you as a person and takes the time to have a holistic view about your health. She is not dismissive of your complains, she is a great listener and no complain is too small. I actually enjoy my appointments. Her office staff is very nice and I never had to wait too long as they respect your time. I've recommended her practice to all my friends and they are equally happy.

Dr. Shirley is truly amazing. She has been my primary care physician for about 8 months and has helped me so much with my health needs. It has definitely been life changing since I started going to see her. Always patient and answers all my questions. Listens to all my concerns and helps me understand what is going on with my health. I can say the Dr. Megan Shirley has opened my eyes to not only to taking care of my health but also how to prevent future issues to the best of my abilities. I am even more comfortable with her than I was with my last primary care physician and always has the best interest for all her patients. Everyone at the office is very kind and polite. Definitely wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I am so thankful I found her- she is an excellent Doctor ….. I referred my brother to her and she felt his stomach and found something no one else ever found — that required surgery! He is doing well after the surgery! I will continue to refer family and friends to her!
Thank you, Dr Shirley for caring about your patients! However recently it has been very difficult to get through on the phone…..
You need more people to answer phones so people are not on hold so long!!
