They just picked up the phone and then left it? I wasn’t even on hold I was just left on a line for ages while I could actually hear everything in the pharmacy. They just ignored me while someone was I guess typing by the sound of it?

The service at this pharmacy is amazing! All they people that work there offer the best service I’ve ever received, they helped me with all my medications and very quick. You could tell that they were very busy since there were people waiting around but my meds were done on time. The doctor Isabel came out to counsel me on my medications and solved all the questions I had. Amazing service!!!!

I’ve been going here for awhile because it’s conveniently located underneath my doctor. That said... Absolute worst pharmacy experience possible, almost every time. They leave you waiting for at least 5-10 minutes before greeting you even when nobody else is there. One time they told me they were going to “check to see if they had my prescription available” and I had to wait over 45 min to even get my prescription paper HANDED BACK to me so that I could take it somewhere else to fill. One of the ladies working there is extremely unfriendly and absent-minded. They’re always understaffed. Another time, I sat in the waiting room for half an hour waiting for my script to be filled, when finally I asked her if it was almost done. She said “Oh it’ll be about 2 hours.” ... why wouldn’t she tell me that at the beginning so I could go home? Just awful.

In 2010 i was a pt at Mercy Hospital diag with colorectal cancer. Thanks to the team of doctors nurses im alive. I began getting my meds here at Mercy Professional Pharmacy. This place is very professional, Clean environment, the staff are very sweet specially Gilda she's nit only sweet and professional she's kind and goes out of her way to help anyone. I know her work is not easy sometimes people complain if waiting she calms them explain in a sweet tone. She resolves any problem. To me Gilda Isabelle and Henry are my team my pharmacy.
I have being a nurse for 38 years and i can say this us a reliable pharmacy. Thank Gisele Martinez Padron. ❤

The pharmacy ladies were condescending to me, and I felt it was because I only speak English. They helped all of their lady friends first who came in after me. I waited 45 minutes even though I arrived first thing in the morning where there was no one else there.

They also seem to not answer their English phone line and only answer if you select the Spanish option. I called 4 times on the English line and no one answered. The 5th time I called I selected Spanish and they answered.
