Stay away !!! Nobody's there when I try to go in for service. I go during the hours posted on the door, the lights are on, but door is locked and knocking does no good. This has happened several times. Metro PCS phone support is a joke too. Their support is a just a bunch of foreign people who don't understand English, working in a room with people yelling so loud the workers can't even hear you. They are totally useless. After 11 (Eleven) years we're finished with T Mobil/Metro PCS. Have purchased six phones, and five lines on two accounts here, but I guess they don't give a darn about customers. I'm going to Consumer Cellular, you should too, unless you're like most of the people in this area with bad credit. Have a good day.

I left the store closer to my house for these guys. They are awesome. When the other rude store in Spanish lake couldn't and really didn't care to help me fix my phone issue. I went here and and he fixed it in like 10 mins.

Customer service sucks at this location, if you have a problem with your phone you have to give it to them to send out which means you're without a phone or drive to the technical support building (major inconvenience). Thinking about switching companies overall. Never had problems with my tmobile phone or customer service. Guess you get what you pay for.

Best metro by TMobile store! Ali was a great guy who helped me setup by Google account and transfer all my info from my old device. Also they have great deals on accessories with a payment reward program! U get points for just paying ur bill at their location

This is a great store with nice sales people that really take care of your cell phone needs! If you ever go there which I do recommend them ask for Yazan he is very professional and he knows it all
