I ran out of gas during this cold snap, thought I had enough and did not. The office personal were so sweet and efficient, plus the driver who came quickly was kind and helpful. I’ve never been disappointed by them but this was above and beyond. Thank you

Took them two weeks to get me an estimate on repairs. Finally got repairs done and paid for. Guy named Milo said he would be at my house at 9:30am to deliver it. Around 10:30am he calls me saying he should have already been there but "just now got around to it." Ask for what time he's going to be here and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I had to move work around to be here for a scheduled delivery that is going to most likely be hours late.
Edit: parked it for one day in my garage. Tried to use it today and now it doesn't start. Don't use these people

We called twice to verify they can fill our bins if we brought it to them and both times they said they can and told us the price about how much it would be. We made a trip up there Monday morning (10/24) and arrived at 0830 to find out that we have to pre-order..... no one told us that when we called. I love the prices of their product but the information they provide to their customers when they call is not there especially new customers. So for the new customers looking for information, look at this review and you will know what to do and decide if you want to continue your business with them or not because more than likely I might not due to the fact that my time was wasted trying to get proper information and then driving to the store just to leave with nothing.

The entire MFA staff were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful and answered any questions I had and they let me take my heeler in, and told me how pretty she was! Checking out was quick, but not rushed. Very helpful, attentive, prompt, and professional.
