They were all so great & fast at getting us in! I initially went in for myself & had my son with me. The doctor noticed something up with my son, & she wanted to get him care right away. They did testing & everything for him. While checking on me. Turns out I’m fine! But my son was breathing super fast. & even though they were closing at 5:45. The doctor sat in there watching his breaths & got up set up with a breathing treatment! First doctor to ever help us get started on one!! So happy with the care! The front lady was awesome, the assistant before the doctor was amazing too!! Thank you guys for taking care of my son & my self!! You guys made me feel so comfortable & helped my baby!

While I was able to get in right away with no health insurance, the MA interrupted me while I was trying to tell her my medication list and personal history. She left the room before I even finished to go back to the front desk and be on her phone with the other people working there. The NP was very nice, but touched me with her stethoscope 3 times, told me she would send in a prescription for me, and then left the room. I had to find my way back to the lobby. I didn't know what I had been diagnosed with or what the name of the antibiotic was before I left. I am thankful for the affordability and convenience, but the patient care was severely lacking compassion and thoroughness.

I went there today and was greeted with rude service. I have met my out of pocket maximum for the year and they still wanted me to pay for service. I told them there was no way since I would not get the money back. They have also seen my child before and didn’t treat them and they ended up having strep. They had to go to the BJC urgent care to get treatment. I would recommend staying far away from here.

If there was a less rating than one star that’s how it should be rated. The staff is extremely short and rude! It appears to be a lot of turn over, you never talk to the same people. You would have better service at a closed down restaurant. If Mary knows how her staff talk to people then shame on her, if she doesn’t, it would be in her best interest to get involved. All you are is a number to these people!!

I went in to have my side looked at on the 9th of June. Everyone seemed friendly.. till the end. The lady that took my vitals was extremely understanding and so was the doctor..but the receptionist was horrendously rude. The pain in my side I can only imagine is being stabbed with each step I took. I started to walk out the door and paying completely slipped my mind cause I just wanted meds to get better. The receptionist yelled through the window "you gotta pay me now". I have never once been told that and refuse to go back. I did pay the bill but WILL NOT return..

Went to Urgent Care in BT tonight 9/7 about 5:30. Had absolutely horrible service. I don’t know which nurse was working but she literally didn’t care about my child’s need nor did she even listen to me. She is absolute disgrace to the healthcare system. I am the mother and I think I know what goes on with my children they been fighting this for a while. It’s not all about Covid there is other things besides Covid. I was in the room for about 2 minutes tops should not have to pay for this service at all. This is why I hate going there. I went because it is a convenient to me after school and after work. I think I would get better service at my vet clinic. I will call tomorrow morning to let them know that it was the worst experience I have ever had. The nurse rolled her eyes, made me feel like I was stupid and then when I left I was mad and she shook her head and said something under her breath. That nurse should never treat people the way she treated me. I would be embarrassed to hire her as a nurse. She was an older lady with glasses and I am pretty sure they have a schedule on who worked tonight 9/7/22. All I was looking for is help to prevent it before it gets worse. But no you didn’t want to listen.

Poor service, no follow up options with lacking communication between the staff. Paperwork oriented business who definitely care about all and every aspect of their business. You, the patient, are not one of them. Staying away from this place is the best you can do for your health.

Update your hours!!!! Just wasted a trip to find out you closed at 4pm instead of 6pm. This is ridiculous
