Been wearing M-E Hearing Aids for over 10 yrs now. Twice a year they do a hearing test and clean & tune my hearing aids "free of charge". Its a guarantee most in this industry do not offer.....PS ask Carrol how his garden is doing!

I've been taking my mother-in-law for her hearing loss and and have found that Carroll and Cindy are both very professional and patient with her. She has Alzheimer's and the care and understanding the display is truly a blessing. I have been needing help with my hearing for years. Too many car races, motorcycles and rock concerts. Must say these are two of the nicest people I know. Gary never gets tired of my numerous questions and Cindy always makes me smile when I walk in the door. They know their business...If you need help with your hearing you can not do any better. I was absolutely amazed at the comprehensive exam and care I received! Both Carroll and Cindy made my first experience with Miracle Ear excellent. I was feeling apprehensive about the whole hearing aid thing but Carroll put all my concerns at ease and worked with me to address my specific requirements. I was having trouble hearing in places with second hand noise. An offer came in the mail from Miracle-Ear, located at 133 Altima Connector, Brunswick. Gary Miller was the audiologist that did the tests. He was friendly and professional, explaining the tests that would be done, then showing us the results. Cindy, the receptionist, was helpful with appointments and checking our insurance coverage. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend their services

Carroll and Cindy both have been extremely helpful thru this process. When I have an office visit Carroll is always very thorough and answers any questions I may have. He takes the time to make sure the adjustments are comfortable and that everything is in perfect operating condition. Cindy is always helpful with scheduling and appointment reminders. She is always so kind and polite on the phone.

Mr. Gary Miller gave my son a through comprehensive exam and clearly explained in detail the results of the testing to our satisfaction and allowed my son to test the latest hearing aid available to assure satisfaction!! We were so impressed by Mr. Millers patience and how beautifully he explained everything about the selection and process of the follow through visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
