I recently applied for food stamps. Later I needed to go into the local office because medicaid had stopped and I needed to get my benefits reinstated.

I spoke with the young lady at the window., Ms. Wimberley.

She has been so helpful! She listens, explains things, and I appreciate her!

I'm anxious about my case, so I've called to ask if a decision has been made, and she is always kind.

I truly believe they don’t want to do their jobs. I’ve turned in what was needed for my sons name change no response and it’s still the same. I’ve applied for Medicaid as well over 6 months ago no response. They do not take their jobs seriously. I hate having to deal with them

These people are the worst my wife and I are on food stamps and every time we reapply we take the application to Camilla and these people NEVER turn it in. we always have to make a special trip to there office. I know that that don't sound like a big deal but when you don't have any money every penny counts. We tried to call there office and just like every other time you call you can't leave a message because the voice mail is full. So we have to go to the office and deal with people that seem to care less about doing there job. I wish that they had to go through what we've been through then they might try and do a better JOB!!!!!!!!

This place is an absolute joke! Erica Haines is the most intimidating woman I've ever met. How she is allowed to work with children is beyond me. Shes not about reunification between a child and a parent, she just wants to snatch them away.
