I had a fantastic service experience today working with Killian at modern eyes castle rock. She helped me find and choose the best narrow profile frames for OTG goggle and helmet compatibility for when I hit the slopes and trails. Killian was very patient, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. Doc Sturdy was super informative and explained his findings so I could easily understand. I highly recommend modern eyes castle rock for their excellent service and modern exam technology, in my case I was very happy that no dilated eyes were needed

I have been going to this location for close to 20 years. I know both Aaron and Sarina, both are Modern Eyes employees, and they are great assets to this business, as they both go above and beyond. Aaron really knows his stuff. If you need your glasses fixed, Aaron is The Guy. Sarina is so helpful and friendly. She is also extremely knowledgeable about this business, and she has great taste. She helped my daughter pick out the perfect pair of glasses that looked great on her, and complimented her personality. Thanks Aaron and Sarina!!

I had a lovely experience with Anna Lin being fitted for frames! She gave me time to look, offered assistance and was super helpful finding the frames that fit correctly and look great! These will be the first pair if glasses that actually fit me & my prescription!

I needed new glasses for reading and using the computer. I thought I was being sold one for reading paper and one that was a transition between the computer and paper. I was sold transition glasses for distance when one eye has 20/20 distance and the other 20/15 and I clearly stated I was not interested in glasses for distance. They made more money selling me glasses, I didn't want and told me to that I needed to "get used to them". Apparently if I tilt my head back and look out of the very bottom of the glasses I should be able to read print because that is a perfectly natural reading position. Meanwhile I will have to buy glasses from a reputable doctor and I can't use my insurance because this guy already charged them.

Benjamin Sturdy explains things very well about my Cataracts, teammate Anna Lin, was so patient and kind , helping me pick out my glasses, and giving me choices in what I need . You can tell she loves her job! Easy to communicate with and always smiling.
