Always nice polite, greet you upon walking in the door with a smile and warm friendly faces and a welcoming feel. Always ready and willing to help without hesitation or delay. And always recommend something that could also be useful for people like myself who don't know a lot about alot of things and are just learning. And have to ask a lot of questions to insure your using or doing the right thing or to insure to get the job done in the best of quality for a person such as myself who's doing almost all of there own home repairs or yard work also. I really do appreciate all there help and kindness along with willingness to suggest a better way or product to help to insure it's done currently. Not many stores now days can make a person feel welcome now days .

Local Hardware store about 4 miles from my house. What I like most is the warm and friendly welcome and the staff has great knowledge and years of experience! I wouldn't shop anywhere else! If you want real honest customer service, then this is the place. Great selection and fair prices and service ! A real 5 ☆ Store and 5 ☆ Staff!

Been in there at least 50 times in past 2 months. The nicest folks and shout out to Eddy. The rare occasions that they didn’t have something I needed in stock, Eddy took me to his desk, pulled up items on computer and ordered right there on the spot. So glad this family owned store is available for us to spend our money locally!!!

This place is great! Smells amazing inside cause of the wood burning stove they have going when it’s cold out. Got greeted by such friendly cute cats and I wasn’t expecting that at a hardware store but I LOVED it haha! Awesome prices too can’t thank them enough!
