If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The absolute most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. My first appointment I had a scheduled ultrasound which I called the day before to confirm - I arrived day of visit to learn the ultrasound tech doesn’t even WORK on the day of my appt. ( mind you it’s a 45 min drive to get here ).

My next appt, I arrived 15 mins early - after an HOUR wait I asked the front desk and learned the doctor is running TWO hours behind. How did they not mention that upon check in ?!?!
Mind you while I’m waiting they are discussing other patients private medical history that myself and other patients can obviously hear loud and clear. An absolute disgrace. DO NOT COME HERE.

Thank you so much to Mila, Michelle, and Ellen and of course Dr. Kasko! They always were on top of scheduling appointments and were attentive and just so sweet!

Dr. Kasko is just a great doctor and makes sure mom and baby are safe!
I can’t thank him enough for taking care of me and my baby!

Doctor Jackson is the worst doctor I have ever been to. She made me very uncomfortable and treats you like a child. I’m a very anxious person as is and her attitude does NOT help. I had a hard time comprehending what she was saying because I am very anxious and going to the doctor makes this worse for me and I just needed her to break down what she was saying a little more, and she proceeded to tell me that shes “going to stop talking because I cannot understand her accent.” Which I could understand her just fine, but not the terms she was saying. The way she explains things makes you feel very belittled. She also puts her staff down and even talks badly about her staff to the patients!! I had taken my friend to her appointment with her aswell and because of there not being enough rooms for her to be seen in, she proceeded to have her appointment in the waiting room!!!! She also made unnecessary comments about her self harm scars. I will not be going back to her and I feel like everyone should know how unprofessional of a doctor she is.

Currently seeing Dr. Truong for prenatal care and I absolutely love her. If it weren’t for her, I would probably go elsewhere. My first appt was rescheduled 3 times, I was not informed that I had to go in an earlier day to drop off records which delayed my appt significantly, and every time I call I am on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes - even first thing in the morning.

Had to wait three weeks for this appointment and woke up early and drove over 30 mins to be there on time just to be told the address on the website is apparently not where the appointments take place for some reason, so I was told to go to a completely separate office and when I arrived there they told me the doctor they scheduled my appointment with was at another office which was on the way to Palm Springs and that I had to go back on the highway and drive to another place to have my appointment. I had no idea where to go. I tried to call multiple times to see where the real address was and no one answered so I didn’t even get to go to my appointment. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Jackson is wonderful. She has a positive attitude and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Jackson and her nurse were attentive and offered answers to all my questions.

Staff is horrible some good ones. Dr.troung was nice at first until I went off on a staff member for sending me to the wrong office. Dr.kasco is a pretty good doctor like the way he treats me.
