Recently, my glasses were damaged from an accident I had.
Went to the office thinking I would have to purchase a new pair of glasses.
Chondra asked if I would give about an hour to see what she can do.
When I came back, my glasses looked brand new! I was shocked of the fantastic job. The frame as well as the lenses were perfect!
It just shows our local optical is all about helping our community. That is who I have and will continue to do business with.

It didn’t take too long but my prescription wasn’t right. Maybe when I mentioned things were blurry, it should’ve been worried about I went on my own, my eyes were dilated and the dilation was disclosed after the fact. I signed the agreement that should have been gone over ahead of time so nothing legally can be done. I will not be back. I have to get my prescription taken again elsewhere and get my new glasses sent out to be corrected. Thanks for wasting my time.

Excellent customer care. My son is 8, they were wonderful with him, fabulous service, kind people. He doesn't really need glasses, but suggesting it might help with his slight problem focusing. We decided to go with glasses. Our son is super excited, and thought that he was treated kindly.

The exam was okay, but I have never had a worse experience with getting a decent set of glasses. First, they have a very limited selection. Next, after 8 weeks and 2 sets of glasses that were not acceptable, I am walking away with a 3rd set where the frame is similar to, but not the same frame I paid for, the lenses are rough around the cut edges and need adjustments to fit properly.
Certain staff lack in customer service and friendliness, while their products lack on quality and selection.
I would go back for an exam, but never glasses.

I came here in April. I ordered contacts then as well as glasses. The glasses I ordered fell apart on me yesterday, so four months later. The doctor himself is nice and very reliable, however the blonde office lady is NOT. She ORDERED my lenses, supposedly, in April, but the problem is every time I go back, she forgets and it's been four months. She promises to call and she HAS NEVER CALLED. I do not recommend anyone getting services other than an eye exam from here. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME from the point on after the exam.

Got my eyes check and was impressed with how much time they spent getting my glasses right. They even special ordered in a couple frames for me to try. It is a small office, but I loved that the care was personalized. They really seem like they know what they are doing, and took the time to answer all my question. I plan of coming back again.

So my wife and I had our 1st appointments here last week. The office is small. No glitz and glamour. No high pressure sales rep working in every sales pitch to cost you hundreds and hundreds in lenses, frames and warranties. The office is in an older building, maybe formerly a home converted to an office which is common for the area. Could it use a face lift, absolutely. Could they remodel a little to make a bigger waiting area, possibly? I didnt tour the entire offices' floorplan. Was it functional? Yes. Were the staff and doctor pleasant? Yes. Now, as far as the glasses and lenses on order, I am 100% sure they do not make them there. So no matter the quality of the frames I chose, I cannot review them to the visit, I chose them. I would hope they would carry quality products to choose from and a reputable lens crafter for lenses. If the doctor is worth his weight in optometry, then I suspect the prescription will be correct and all should be well.

We were new in town and took 5 of our kids there and they said they could place new lenses in my daughters flexi frames just fine and somehow they broke rubber flexi frames and made us pay for their mistake. They also need to work on their customer service skills.
