Hemos comprado , en este negocio nuestros lentes por bastante tiempo, tienen gran variedad de diseñadores a precios accesibles , cuentan con un especialista que hace tu examen si es necesario, y lo mejor son pero muy atentos y amigables .
Acceso para silla de ruedas, trabajos urgentes para el mismo día.
Hoy fui a cambiar mis anteojos , siempre los compro con una misma persona , pero este día estaba super ocupada , así que me atendió

Personal súper profesional y cortes,Compré hace unos meses mis lentes, salí súper contenta, tienen una variedad de modelos todos lindos y de calidad,tuve un pequeño accidente con mis lentes y fui directo a la tienda para saber si podían arreglarlo, cabe aclarar que el accidente fue por descuido mío, pues me atendieron de la mejor manera y dándome la tranquilidad de que tenía solución,al momento de preguntar por cuánto tenía que pagar me dijeron que no tenía ningún costo, que para eso están para servir a sus clientes.Super recomendado este lugar!!!!!

I am particularly impressed by the willingness to make sure the prescription and fit are optimal. I am happy with my glasses and I appreciate the service I received. I needed an “Asian fit” because all my glasses previously hurt and I am happy that I decided to work with Mott street Optical as they truly understood my challenges and helped me find the best fit.

Serviced me when I asked, one of the nicest people I’ve met.
The eye exam I got was quick, detailed and custom. Asked me if I wanted my vision to be more precise or comfortable, I opted for more comfortable.
Another place around the area judged me, spoke to me as if I was a waste of their time and asked for my insurance.

Stay away! Progressive lenses have lots of models and many adjustable parameters. Most people just don't know much about it and they think customers can be fooled easily. Most stores would allow one free replacement if the first pair is uncomfortable. You are supposed to be able to change options of the lenses but they would say it can't be changed. I have called the insurance company myself and confirmed it could be changed once. There used to be an honest staff in that store chain who told me they all can be changed, but they have to call the vendor and the hold time is usually very long. People usually don't bother so they say it can't be done. This store doesn't care about the vison of their customers. They just want to do the minimal to get your money and get you out the door. Definitely avoid.

I had my brand new glasses brought in here to have a nose piece added. They managed to do the ugliest job, the nose piece was visibly VERY crooked. So they took it back to fix the shoddy work. I picked up the following week, to find it in worse condition than before their "fix" - their so called professional drilled the nose piece on one of the sides so many times that it left a huge visible ugly mark on the frame. They had claimed that they cannot protect the frame of the glasses on this kind of service, and I was aware of that warning. However, what they did not say is that the job might not get done right and that they would NOT back up any mistakes from their part if that were to happen. They also do not warn on any potential damages to the lenses. One of the BRAND NEW lenses has a deep scratch. It's now garbage and will cost me $100 to replace. They never warned about potential damages to the lenses and honestly, if their "professional" had simply put a temporary film on the lenses while working, the scratch would not have happened. They refused to provide any refund, so my losses now are huge. This is not the way to do business. They lack pride in their work and fail to take responsibility for multiple damages they have caused, leaving their customers without support...STAY AWAY!
